Perhaps it’s best to state that this is from a frustrated client who is going through (a contentious) divorce and agrees with nothing or wants to have normal discussions, repeatedly removes themselves from the app group, wants to start with an excessively high asking price, and then vents their frustration at the real estate agent? As a buyer's agent, he negotiated strongly, allowing us to ultimately buy our detached house below the asking price, which is very exceptional in the current housing market. In addition, Hans gave us advice on mortgages and insurance where we were overwhelmed by all the information.
