Why pay a percentage of the selling price? The realtor does the same work whether you're selling a large villa or an apartment. I wasn’t interested in that and, after recommendations from others, ended up with Koopklik. 22 Feb 2025I hired this company to help me buy a house, but ultimately it felt like a complete waste of money. One of their main promises was to send me offers before they hit the market, tailored to my specific criteria. However, the listings they provided did not match what I was looking for, rendering this service essentially useless. My representative was initially Anne Wilbers. She told me upfront that she was inexperienced because she was new in the role, and I decided to give her a fair chance. Unfortunately, she wasn't helpful. Communication was slow: I often had to wait days for a response, and she was frequently unavailable for house viewings. This led me to wonder why I was paying for a service when my representative wasn’t even present. After a few months, I requested a new representative and was assigned Peter. Although he was significantly better, he struggled with personal difficulties, which I understood and sympathized with, so I won't comment negatively on that. Ultimately, however, I negotiated, placed my offer, and completed the entire home buying process myself, without their help. Despite this, I still had to pay due to the contract I signed. My overall experience with this company was disappointing, and I found their service a complete waste of money. I would not recommend them at all.

The first time, no unattainable fairy tales were promised. Now they were: lots of searching and high prices. This did not materialize. Too many promises made. This was also acknowledged neatly. Ultimately, everyone worked hard to get the house well into the spotlight and could achieve an acceptable price. We took a little more initiative ourselves.

She even did a viewing completely via video call, because the viewers were sick and couldn’t come! With some real estate agents you are already outside after 10 minutes, with Cindy the viewings of 45 minutes are actually too short! We would recommend Cindy to everyone.

Every two years there is an evaluation meeting where it is discussed whether or not something needs to be changed, and this is quite reassuring. Soon she had a well-considered proposal and introduced us to a young couple. These always missed out due to constant overbidding. We didn't think long about this proposal from Inge. It clicked, it fit, and Inge finalized it. The goodwill that we have been able to give these young starters makes everyone happy.
