De manier waarop hij het huis presenteerde, maakte de beslissing vanzelfsprekend. We hebben direct een bod uitgebracht en kort daarna belde Maarten ons om te laten weten dat het bod was geaccepteerd. Het hele proces verliep snel – binnen twee weken was het huis officieel verkocht. De communicatie verliep soepel en Maarten reageerde altijd snel op vragen en verzoeken.
