Het contact was al gemaakt tijdens eerdere bezichtigingen. Dus toen mijn huis in de verkoop ging heb ik Maarten Reuvers benaderd. Toen is alles soepel en snel verlopen. Na iedere bezichtiging een realistisch en persoonlijk verslag . En als resultaat, binnen korte tijd verkocht. En ,niet onbelangrijk, ten alle tijden bereikbaar.

Wij zijn erg teleurgesteld over onze ervaring met Reuvers Makelaardij. Tijdens de bezichtiging is door de makelaar aangegeven dat er sprake was van een kleine lekkage in de garage, die alleen bij zeer hevige regenval en vanuit een specifieke windrichting zou optreden. Op basis daarvan kregen wij het beeld dat het om een beperkt en beheersbaar punt ging. Kort na de overdracht bleek de werkelijkheid helaas heel anders. Er was sprake van forse waterinval via het dak van de garage, waarbij gedurende langere tijd grote hoeveelheden water naar binnen kwamen. Daarnaast ontdekten wij ook lekkages in de keuken, onder andere via een spotje en de afzuigkap. Voor ons voelt dit misleidend. Niet omdat er helemaal niets is gezegd over een lekkage in de garage, maar juist omdat de ernst ervan tijdens de bezichtiging naar ons gevoel veel te klein is voorgesteld. Achteraf blijkt dat wij op basis van die informatie een beeld hebben gekregen dat totaal niet overeenkwam met de situatie die wij direct na overdracht aantroffen. Als wij vooraf op de hoogte waren geweest van deze gebreken, of van de daadwerkelijke ernst ervan, dan hadden wij de woning niet op dezelfde manier gekocht. Ons bod was dan aanzienlijk lager geweest, of wij hadden mogelijk helemaal geen bod uitgebracht. Wat ons daarnaast tegenvalt, is de rol van de makelaar na onze melding. Wij hadden verwacht dat Reuvers Makelaardij actief zou meedenken en ons als kopers zou helpen in een lastige situatie. In plaats daarvan voelde de makelaar vooral als een doorgeefluik tussen koper en verkoper. Er werd aangegeven dat een gesprek tussen koper en verkoper gefaciliteerd kon worden. Wij hebben daarop onze beschikbaarheid doorgegeven, maar het gesprek is uiteindelijk niet doorgegaan. Daarna hebben wij geen nieuwe voorstellen of verdere opvolging meer ontvangen. Wij begrijpen dat een makelaar niet verantwoordelijk is voor ieder probleem dat na aankoop zichtbaar wordt. Wel verwachten wij dat een makelaar informatie tijdens een bezichtiging volledig, zorgvuldig en eerlijk overbrengt, zeker wanneer het gaat om lekkages. In ons geval is dat gevoel volledig weg. Helaas hebben wij hierdoor geen goede ervaring met Reuvers Makelaardij.

Within just two months, everything was arranged and our move to our new house was completed.
