20 Feb 2025Fast communication and resolving issues quickly. A possible area for improvement is perhaps working even more customer-focused. For example, the photos in our sales brochure could not have been created and/or placed any better since a standard format was used. A pity as it is not suitable for every space. Furthermore, we found it difficult to arrange appointments around our newly purchased home (think of access to the property for an example contractor) a major drawback. Hermans might perhaps be able to come up with something here to accommodate customers more. Otherwise very satisfied with the fast communication for both buying and selling homes and the way you are addressed.

Perhaps it’s best to state that this is from a frustrated client who is going through (a contentious) divorce and agrees with nothing or wants to have normal discussions, repeatedly removes themselves from the app group, wants to start with an excessively high asking price, and then vents their frustration at the real estate agent? 01 May 2022We had a good conversation with Real Estate Agent Ingrid Ververs just before the corona crisis. The intention was that we would sell then. However, out of a sense of security, we decided to put everything on 'pause' in consultation. Ingrid Ververs completely understood this. After more than a year, we decided to try again and gave Real Estate Agent Ingrid Ververs the assignment to sell our beloved house. We disregarded the craziness in the housing market. It was much more important to us that a buyer who fit into the neighborhood would be found. This was quickly achieved. 01 May 2020I don't recognize at all what some people are writing negatively here. We have interest in a property, called yesterday and they immediately picked up the phone. Later in the afternoon we were immediately called back and we are now waiting for an appointment to view. So far everything is going well and as it should. I always say: You don't get a 2nd chance for a 1st impression and that was simply good with this office. Everyone is allowed to give their opinion and everyone will personally experience what they think of a company and want to share their experiences based on that. I do that myself too, because this week we also had a bad experience with a real estate agent from South Limburg and I wrote about that in another review. What I find very strange here on this site is that someone suddenly decides years later to share their negative experience on this site, while you normally would do that within a short time after the experience. Why would you suddenly start sharing your bad experience on this site years later???? I find it all very strange, but doesn't mean we are simply very satisfied. But well, everyone their own opinion.

01 May 2019Well, here exactly the same experience, unfortunately. Nothing of your high customer satisfaction score to be noticed! When Ingrid arrived at the house (10 minutes late) the positive atmosphere that was there completely turned around. Never encountered such a distant cold person, we were looked at with a disapproving look as if Mrs. had never seen a person with a tattoo before. In 5 minutes quickly through the house, no explanation anywhere. Then we got the form pushed under our noses which we could fill in if interested, Mrs. asked about our incomes... I was really stunned. Prior to the viewing, email contact was had with Ingrid about the house, she could respond to my emails within the hour 3 times but when I asked what the rental requirements were, she never responded to my emails again! The viewing was more than a week later!!!!! So, we tell our incomes again, causing her to laugh and very nonchalantly indicate that at least by one person 3x the monthly rent amount must be earned. I don’t know what you think I have for a job but no, I do not earn 3,000 per month. When I ask why she didn't respond to my email where I asked what the requirements were, she laughs it off and starts talking about something else! Then we wouldn’t have had to take time off work! Whole afternoon for nothing. Then she also still made the great comment that we should go rent a cheap house and apply for rental allowance. I have never felt so offended, what a treacherous trick to simply let us come anyway! Ugh, left with such a strange feeling from the house, had stomach ache from it all day. Purely because of the disastrous experience with this real estate agent, I won’t even try to make another chance for the house! What a nasty person!

17 Oct 2024Fast response after wanting to view a property. After telephone contact regarding questions about our own home, the conversation was abruptly ended in a childish and rude manner. Especially after we let them know that the sale of our house would be handled by someone else. Then the advice to first sell our house before buying another. Worst advice I've ever heard. Our house is completely finished and very desirable these days. Was not planning on ending up on the street with 3 children. But the condition of selling our own property was apparently unacceptable. Sorry but unpleasant conversation.

He ensures that all involved parties are informed. He knows the market well and exudes confidence. This allowed us to sell our house with peace of mind. Lex is clear about the costs and you won't be faced with any surprises because of this.

12 Nov 2024Selling a house, call Lex! When exploring real estate agents, you always ended up with established firms and their absurd prices for startup costs and commission. Why pay a percentage of the selling price? The realtor does the same work whether you're selling a large villa or an apartment. I wasn’t interested in that and, after recommendations from others, ended up with Koopklik. Here you can effectively sell your home yourself for a fixed price without the ancillary matters you don't understand. Lex is knowledgeable and handles all the paperwork, Funda listing, and other things like the notary etc. You conduct the tours of the house yourself. The advantage is that you know who the potential buyers are, and the seller knows the most about the property. Viewers also found this very pleasant. Contact with Lex is good; if he's busy, he calls back quickly, and he knows what he’s talking about. I definitely recommend this realtor.

22 Feb 2025I hired this company to help me buy a house, but ultimately it felt like a complete waste of money. One of their main promises was to send me offers before they hit the market, tailored to my specific criteria. However, the listings they provided did not match what I was looking for, rendering this service essentially useless. My representative was initially Anne Wilbers. She told me upfront that she was inexperienced because she was new in the role, and I decided to give her a fair chance. Unfortunately, she wasn't helpful. Communication was slow: I often had to wait days for a response, and she was frequently unavailable for house viewings. This led me to wonder why I was paying for a service when my representative wasn’t even present. After a few months, I requested a new representative and was assigned Peter. Although he was significantly better, he struggled with personal difficulties, which I understood and sympathized with, so I won't comment negatively on that. Ultimately, however, I negotiated, placed my offer, and completed the entire home buying process myself, without their help. Despite this, I still had to pay due to the contract I signed. My overall experience with this company was disappointing, and I found their service a complete waste of money. I would not recommend them at all.

She even did a viewing completely via video call, because the viewers were sick and couldn’t come! With some real estate agents you are already outside after 10 minutes, with Cindy the viewings of 45 minutes are actually too short! We would recommend Cindy to everyone.
