30 Nov 2025Terrible real estate agent. The house went into sale due to a divorce. And without permission from both parties, the house was taken out of sale. This is not allowed! But it's still being handled by hendriks. The worst thing is that my ex didn't even take the house out of sale, but his mother! Practices that really can't be carried out here.

From the first contact, we experienced the cooperation as very pleasant. Benno is professional, clear in his communication and has taken a lot of pressure off us — something that was very valuable for us, as we as next of kin live about 150 km further away. Although the sale initially got off to a somewhat bumpy start (without this being the real estate agent's fault), we are ultimately very satisfied with the entire process. On the day the house went online, they were forgotten. On the first viewing day, the agent forgot the brochures. The agent was on vacation and the substitute knew too little. We had to ask ourselves when everything would take shape regarding bad times for offers etc. For additional viewings, I had to call beforehand...

07 Nov 2025I contacted Hermans Makelaars about a shop premises that interested me. Initially, I was asked to look up and submit various pieces of information myself, which I did neatly. In the end, I never heard from them again. No follow-up, no clarity, no professional handling. For a real estate agent who claims to find personal contact and guidance important, this was truly disappointing. As an entrepreneur, I at least expect a decent response—especially if I myself take the initiative and provide all the requested information.

The initial contact was such that we had no doubts about Inge. The house appeared on her Facebook page within days. Inge Pelsers organized the entire process,… photographer… someone for the environmental label, the house was sold within a week using a very pleasant transparent bidding method. Even after the deal was finalized, communication continued in a correct and pleasant manner. Now the property has been transferred, and we wish the new, very young buyer much success and enjoyment with his new home/house. 01 Oct 2025After making one phone appointment on the condition that it would be an honest and sincere energy label, I proceeded with Vergoossens real estate. This good man, Jack Vergoossens, was punctual, friendly, and seemed competent. He was pleased to see that I had taken photos of the entire renovation from A to Z, documenting all insulation in the walls and floor regarding thicknesses and materials, floor heating, heat pump, and heat pump boiler. Apparently, it often happens that people make their homes energy-efficient but have no provable evidence of this, and then the person responsible for the energy label cannot do anything about bringing the house to a higher level. After measuring the entire house and noting everything down, two hours later I asked Jack Vergoossens if the renovation had borne fruit? The answer was that it would certainly be an A rating, maybe even with a +, but he wouldn't know for sure until all calculations were done. Five days later we received the results of the energy label, and to our disbelief, a house from 1947 went from an F to an A+++ energy label. We never expected this from ourselves. Als het nodig was om fysiek contact te hebben werd dat ook nog dezelfde dag geregeld. Korte lijnen, deskundigheid, geduld en goed advies i.c.m. persoonlijke interesse in wie wij zijn en wat wij nodig hadden. Zowel over onze verkoop als over onze aankoop zijn wij 100% tevreden.

05 Jan 2026Laenen Makelaardij heeft ons fantastisch geholpen bij de aankoop van ons nieuwe huis. Stephan was zeer professioneel, vriendelijk en aangenaam in de omgang. Hij nam de tijd om alles duidelijk uit te leggen en beantwoordde al onze vragen, waardoor het hele proces eenvoudig en stressvrij verliep. Hij ging echt een stap verder om ons te ondersteunen. 05 Nov 2025We recently sold our house with the help of Makelaardij Laenen. Overall, we are satisfied with the cooperation. The house was quickly and neatly on the market, which we found very pleasant. The communication went well and we could address our questions properly. However, there were a few beauty flaws in the process: for example, we initially received an incorrect floor plan with wrong dimensions just before the house was to go online, and at the last moment our both names were not entirely written correctly. That was a bit sloppy and caused a less pleasant feeling. Despite that, we are happy with the end result and the smooth sale of our home. With a bit more attention to detail, the service would have been even better.
