16 May 2024Some time ago, I bought a house from Maasland Real Estate Agency. In a turbulent market, it was very complex for me as a single father to find a suitable place. After a large number of viewings, I ended up with a property, where Maurice Storken was the selling agent. Maurice presented himself extremely honestly and fairly, with a listening ear. After successfully placing a bid, all subsequent contact surrounding the purchase of the house went more than according to my wishes. I still live in the house with great pleasure and everything Maurice said about the house turns out to be true. I therefore look back on this period with a very pleasant feeling and would always recommend Maurice as a buying or selling agent.

Arrives late, and even forgets appointments with us as seller. In our opinion, the house was presented worse than it actually was. For the mentioned brokerage fee, we would not recommend her.

20 Feb 2025Fast communication and resolving issues quickly. A possible area for improvement is perhaps working even more customer-focused. For example, the photos in our sales brochure could not have been created and/or placed any better since a standard format was used. A pity as it is not suitable for every space. Furthermore, we found it difficult to arrange appointments around our newly purchased home (think of access to the property for an example contractor) a major drawback. Hermans might perhaps be able to come up with something here to accommodate customers more. Otherwise very satisfied with the fast communication for both buying and selling homes and the way you are addressed.
