Communicatie was heel prettig en toen taxatie dezelfde week al kon plaatsvinden vanuit verkopend makelaar was dit voor Will geen probleem. Het rapport was heel goed uitgewerkt en tevens had Will een fout van de inmetende partij gecorrigeerd in het taxatierapport. Hierdoor ging het aantal m2 woonoppervlakte nog omhoog.
