23 Feb 2025Wij besloten ons huis te verkopen. Ná mond op mond reclame kwamen wij uit bij Klinkers makelaardij. Intake gesprek voelde al direct goed en vertrouwd. Gedurende de verkoop en zelfs erna 100% tevreden. Alle tijd wordt genomen om vragen te beantwoorden en begeleiding te geven gedurende het proces van de verkoop. Wij adviseren dan ook om in contact te komen met klinkers makelaardij. Geen twijfel mogelijk. @Boy en Audry nogmaals heel erg bedankt voor de zeer prettige samenwerking. 👌

23 Sep 2024Als een jong iemand die net om de hoek komt kijken ben ik erg te vreden met deze makelaardij. Van af het begin al goed snel contact. Duidelijk antwoord en bij eventueele vragen kon ik ze altijd lastig vallen zelf na de aankoop. Ben vooral geholpen door Boy. Een echte held als ik het zeggen kan. Want waar mijn Hypotheek adviseur me met vragen in de steek lied kon deze makker me informatie en of alternatieve toewijzen waar ik zelf niet op zou gekomen zijn. Zeer klant vriendelijk en ook zeker eentje die ik aan raad aan m'n klasgenoten later, mochten die een wooning willen in de buurt! Oprecht, Dank jullie!

23 Apr 2024Vanaf het allereerste contact tot en met de laatste puntjes op de i waren we gecharmeerd van de vriendelijke, nuchtere en professionele communicatie. Bij deze makelaar geen extra kosten voor een fotograaf en dat soort dingen. De foto's, filmpjes en plattegronden worden door henzelf gemaakt en zijn zeker zo goed als andere, duurdere fotografen. Ook werd vooraf een tijdspad geschetst, waar ze zich perfect aan hebben gehouden. En last but not least: de beste prijs. Het enige jammere is dat ik ze nog niet kende bij de verkoop van mijn vorige huis.

23 Apr 2024Na de kennismaking met Boy hadden we besloten om met klinkers makelaardij in zee te . Omdat hij oog had voor details die andere makelaars niet hadden. Zo noemde hij de pluspunten van onze directe woonomgeving en de aanwezige faciliteiten. En is hij op de hoogte van woontrends. Hij is als mens gemakkelijk benaderbaar. Ik vond de verkoop van ons huis als 62 jarige regelmatig erg spannend. Het verbaasde mij vaker hoe goed hij als jongeling me gerust kon stellen. En ik weer rustig kon gaan slapen. Bovendien reageerde hij super snel op mijn vragen. En als laatste wil ik nog noemen dat Klinkers makelaardij mensen met een geweten zijn. Hetgeen ik een belangrijk goed vind.

Na iedere bezichtiging een telefoontje over hoe het gegaan was. We gaven Audry en Boy de sleutel en hadden er verder geen omkijken meer naar. Taxatie prima. Het huis was snel en goed verkocht. Cooperative, advising and immediately takes action. What you can expect is smooth, concise, and above all effective communication. Both during and outside office hours. This not only gives you confidence in the process as a client, but also the feeling that someone is truly involved and you are certainly not left alone anymore. In my case, a very short but powerful procedure, which has left me with both a personal and professional impression. Absolutely recommendable! Should it ever come to pass in the future that I want to sell, I at least now know who I will contact first again! Curious whether the champagne will once again beat the coffee. 03 Jan 2025I came across Tom as a selling agent. Well, that was a breath of fresh air compared to all the other agents on the market. As a starter, it's very difficult in this overheated housing market, and the bidding procedures that most (larger) agents use make that even more difficult, because you are outbidding yourself. Tom, however, was about the personal approach: Do you like the house? Make an offer, and I will present that to the seller, and if the seller thinks it's a good offer, there is price agreement; no back and forth or waiting for others to bid higher afterwards. Also in the contact after the price agreement, Tom is very correct, clear and easily accessible. All in all, a pleasant experience amidst a crazy market.

Fortunately, my niece had just bought a house and during the many viewings, she had seen several agents at work. Tom van Houtem of Dichtbij Vastgoed stood out above the others, in her opinion, head and shoulders above the rest. As a buyer, she found him expert and involved; he was easily accessible for questions (even after the viewing via telephone and email), and his enthusiasm and expertise were highly valued. This was exactly what we were looking for in a selling agent. We ultimately sat down with three selling agents and Tom stood out for us as well, head and shoulders above the rest. And he lived up to it! Two weeks after our conversation, our house was already on Funda and not much later it was sold. He was always ready for us but also takes every potential buyer seriously and takes time for them. He introduced us to the buyers (after we had accepted the offer), so that it became more than just a sale of real estate but also a connection between people. This felt like a warm bath to us. We would not have wanted to enter into this process with anyone else than Tom, an enthusiastic people-person instead of a suit-and-tie agent. All praise for Tom van Dichtbij Vastgoed!

06 Mar 2023I still feel guilty about nominating this Bessems realtor regarding the sale of my mother's house in Kanne. Will de Jonge was enormously enthusiastic and really wanted to take charge of this sale. This turned out differently because Will de Jonge suddenly no longer worked for Bessems Realty the week after our commitment. What I find utterly scandalous is that we were never informed about this. Will was our point of contact, would represent us in the sale of my mother's house. Forgotten perhaps? We are not talking about a bag of candy but about a house. A bad start. After this, the entire sale unfolded into one big drama, a chain reaction of very poor communication and many mistakes, too many to mention. All in all, a very stressful experience for everyone, but especially for my 85-year-old mother. I would therefore certainly not recommend this realtor.

06 Mar 2023Would I recommend this broker? No definitely not! I would even strongly advise against this office to anyone who asks for my opinion. This agency was allowed to sell my mother's house in Belgium. Initially, we dealt with broker Wil de Jonge from Bessems agency who really wanted to sell the house for us. Due to his enthusiasm for the assignment, my mother chose Bessems. However, when I went to hand over the keys at the office for the first viewing, I was told that Mr. de Jonge no longer worked for Bessems agency. The agency did not inform us about this and they could not tell me which broker would take over Mr. de Jonge's duties. After some insistence on my part, I received an email address where I could go with my questions. I emailed and am still waiting for a response to this day..... On the day of the viewing, I myself went to wait in the building to see which broker would take on our assignment. From that moment on, Mr. Kornips was our broker but we missed the involvement, advice and expertise you would expect from a broker. And even at the time of transfer with the notary, our broker remained deficient....the energy label had not been forwarded and there was a file missing which we were unaware existed. We had requested prior to the transfer for completeness assessment of the file but also there the broker did not respond. The buyer's notary withheld 5000 euros from the purchase price until we could provide the file. A lot of stress for us and our 85-year-old mother, therefore. And from the broker no recognition for their mistakes, no empathy but a well-deserved generous commission. Even our ability to rate on funda has been blocked by Bessems which makes me wonder how much those laudatory reviews actually mean if you block negative feedback. I say in any case 'brokerage firm Erik Bessems?!' NEVER AGAIN!

I could tell a very long story full of examples of sloppy or simply negligent actions from Bessems Makelaardij. Especially the attitude in this case from Bessems was experienced by us as very disappointing. And when you then want to share your experience on Funda, they also took away that possibility by disabling this function for us. Even more disappointing. If only they were so quick in communication. It is a pity that we had a contract because our trust quickly disappeared. I would therefore certainly not recommend this real estate agency.

15 Aug 2024Eerder dit jaar kwamen we in contact met Erwin en Aike om ons te helpen ons huis te verkopen. Ze waren supervriendelijk en legden het hele proces duidelijk uit. Alles verliep van begin tot eind heel soepel en het hele team was fantastisch. Ze waren er altijd om te helpen met al het papierwerk en om onze vragen te beantwoorden. Dankzij hun goed georganiseerde bezichtigingen was het huis binnen no-time verkocht. Erwin, Aike en Monique waren bijzonder professioneel en we zijn ze zo dankbaar. Wij zullen ze zeker aanbevelen bij onze vrienden en familie!
