From the very first contact to the final details, we were charmed by the friendly, down-to-earth and professional communication. With this real estate agent, no extra costs for a photographer and such things. The photos, videos, and floor plans are created by them themselves and are certainly as good as other, more expensive photographers. A timeline was also outlined in advance, which they adhered to perfectly. And last but not least: the best price. The only pity is that I didn't know them when selling my previous house.

For example, he mentioned the advantages of our immediate living environment and the available facilities. And he is up-to-date on housing trends. He is approachable as a person. I found selling our house as a 62 year old often very exciting. It surprised me more than once how well he, as a young man, could reassure me. And allow me to sleep quietly again. Geen realistische taxatie. Tijdens het bezoek werd er iets gezegd over de waarde van het huis, dat werd vergeleken met huizen die meer dan twee jaar geleden waren verkocht. Er is onvoldoende onderzoek gedaan naar de waarde van vergelijkbare huizen die recent zijn verkocht. Het taxatierapport komt vrijwel overeen met het vorige rapport dat ik hen heb overhandigd. Kortom, als u een andere taxateur kunt vinden, kies dan daarvoor in plaats van Klinkers.

Mensen zijn niet altijd tevreden uiteraard, wat uw goed recht is! Tijdens een taxatie zeggen wij inderdaad niets over een eventuele waarde omdat wij ter plekke geen marktwaarde kunnen verzinnen. Onze marktwaardes worden op kantoor berekend en hier vergelijken wij uw woning ook met meerdere andere panden. Daarom doen wij ter plekke inderdaad geen uitspraak over een eventuele marktwaarde. Helaas kan het altijd zo zijn dat een klant een andere waarde in zijn/haar hoofd heeft dan de waarde waar wij op uitkomen. Helaas hebben wij hier geen verdere invloed op en blijven wij altijd bij onze eigen waarde. Iets positiefs uit uw review is dat u toch voor een tweede keer bij ons terug bent gekomen! Dus de eerste keer was u wel tevreden en dat positieve aspect nemen wij uiteraard ook mee uit deze review. Stel onze wegen kruisen op de één of andere manier nogmaals, dan hopen wij dat wij u met een beter gevoel kunnen achterlaten dan dit gevoel dat u hierboven beschreven heeft. Very professional, all appointments are meticulously followed up on. No effort is too much. The fact that everything always had to be communicated to 3 different people and therefore 3 email addresses was not a problem at all.
