Het verkoopproces van het ouderlijk huis in Munstergeleen heb ik als negatief ervaren. Juist omdat deze makelaar uit het dorp komt, is destijds bewust voor hem gekozen en vertrouwen in hem gesteld. Tijdens het traject is bij mij echter het gevoel ontstaan dat dit vertrouwen niet is waargemaakt. De communicatie en begeleiding lieten naar mijn mening te wensen over en sloten onvoldoende aan bij wat vooraf mocht worden verwacht. Op basis van deze ervaring zou ik deze makelaar niet aanbevelen.

Mijn keuze om met Jörg in zee te gaan bleek een schot in de roos. Na ons eerste persoonlijke gesprek voelde ik meteen dat hij de juiste man was om de verkoop van het ouderlijk huis te begeleiden. Aangezien ik in het buitenland woon en niet ter plekke aanwezig kon zijn, was de persoonlijke klik en zijn ervaring voor mij cruciaal. Jörg heeft me niet teleurgesteld en boven verwachting, binnen 2 weken het huis verkocht. Mijn ervaring was van begin tot het eind zeer positief. Voor diegene op zoek zijn naar een kleine, onafhankelijke en realistische makelaar, kijk niet verder!

Als koper is het lastig communiceren met deze makelaar. 5 keer een terugbelverzoek ingediend, nooit teruggebeld geworden omdat makelaar te druk was. Daarnaast weinig informatie over het huis wat je aan het bezichtigen bent.

Jörg begeleidde voor ons de verkoop van een huis van een overleden familielid. Wij wonen zelf in de Randstad en het leek ons een onmogelijke opgave om een huis in Puth verkocht te krijgen als je niet in de buurt woont. Dat bleek geen enkel probleem te zijn: Jörg heeft ons volledig ontzorgd. Hij was bijzonder goed bereikbaar, reageerde snel op mails of appcontact en heeft de verkoopwaarde goed ingeschat. Ook de verkoopstrategie die hij voorstelde pakte goed uit. Jörg heeft gewoon veel deskundigheid van zowel de lokale markt als de wijze waarop het huis het best in de markt kan worden gezet. On Monday morning I made an appointment by phone, which went normally. We could choose between 11:00 AM or 12:00 PM on Friday. Drove over 1.5 hours in the car to the location on Friday. Upon arrival, no real estate agent, nothing. Calling revealed that it had already been sold last Wednesday?! We did not receive any email, phone call, voicemail, or SMS about this... So we came for nothing. Therefore 1.5 hours there and 1.5 hours back, a waste of time, thanks realtor -_- No effort was made to have another property viewed or offer another form of apology. Really sad...
