17 Oct 2024Om ons huis in Susteren te verkopen zijn we via de aanbeveling van een collega terecht gekomen bij Beckers makelaardij. De kennismaking met Jörg verliep zeer prettig, waarbij zijn deskundigheid, klantvriendelijkheid en enthousiasme gelijk opviel en meteen goede en duidelijke afspraken werden gemaakt. Contactmomenten en bezichtigingen verliepen correct en vlotjes en alles werd tijdig netjes teruggekoppeld naar ons. Het huis was binnen 1 maand verkocht. Jörg was altijd stipt op tijd, goed bereikbaar en hij begeleidde gedreven en betrokken het gehele proces van verkoop tot en met de sleuteloverdracht bij de notaris. Jörg neemt ruim de tijd om uit te leggen hoe hij te werk gaat, luistert goed naar jouw verhaal en geeft duidelijk aan wat hij van jou als verkoper verwacht. Ook is hij heel erg kundig en realistisch in het adviseren van een vraagprijs. Omdat het voor ons geen dagelijkse situatie is, hadden we veel vragen. Ook tijdens en na de verkoop. Jörg beantwoorde onze vragen en twijfels (soms in de avond middels een app) altijd snel, vriendelijk en geduldig. Jörg, nogmaals bedankt voor jouw hulp en het beantwoorden van al mijn vragen!

Dit was de derde keer bij de verkoop en zelfs een keer als aankoopmakelaar. Altijd heel blij met hem geweest. We wonen nu in Zeeland. Dus denken dat het de laatste is geweest. Nu okt 2023 staat ons huis in de verkoop en wisten wij zonder enige twijfel dat Jorg degene was aan wie we dit met volle vertrouwen zouden overgeven. Aankoop en verkoop makelaar, vol enthousiasme, vrolijkheid ,oprecht en eerlijkheid! Veel bezichtigingen voor onze woning op 1 dag en Jorg was niets te veel, elke geïnteresseerde werd even vriendelijk en met alle geduld behandeld. Jorg geeft eerlijke en realistische adviezen, maar de keuze blijft bij de verkoper, zoals het hoort! Je bent en blijft tenslotte zelf verantwoordelijk voor de keuze die je maakt m.b.t je woning. Deze echte mensen-mens neemt de tijd voor elk persoon, en is zeer professioneel. Ook achteraf gezien een perfecte keuze. Jörg Beckers, een makelaar met veel ervaring en kennis. Op gebied van zaken doen een zeer serieuze vakman die tussentijds ook geïnteresseerd is in persoonlijke en dagelijkse zaken en ook altijd een momentje over heeft voor een partijtje humor. Wij, als totaal onervaren mensen op gebied van huizenverkoop, werden door hem op een perfecte en deskundige manier door het verkoop proces geleid. Het pand is vermoedelijk wekenlang gereserveerd en daarna vinden er nog verdere bezichtigingen plaats... Je kunt het gevoel niet van je afschudden dat...

03 Jan 2025I came across Tom as a selling agent. Well, that was a breath of fresh air compared to all the other agents on the market. As a starter, it's very difficult in this overheated housing market, and the bidding procedures that most (larger) agents use make that even more difficult, because you are outbidding yourself. Tom, however, was about the personal approach: Do you like the house? Make an offer, and I will present that to the seller, and if the seller thinks it's a good offer, there is price agreement; no back and forth or waiting for others to bid higher afterwards. Also in the contact after the price agreement, Tom is very correct, clear and easily accessible. All in all, a pleasant experience amidst a crazy market.

03 Nov 2024After the decision to sell our house, the question arose as to which real estate agent we wanted to go through this process with. Fortunately, my niece had just bought a house and during the many viewings, she had seen several agents at work. Tom van Houtem of Dichtbij Vastgoed stood out above the others, in her opinion, head and shoulders above the rest. As a buyer, she found him expert and involved; he was easily accessible for questions (even after the viewing via telephone and email), and his enthusiasm and expertise were highly valued. This was exactly what we were looking for in a selling agent. We ultimately sat down with three selling agents and Tom stood out for us as well, head and shoulders above the rest. And he lived up to it! Two weeks after our conversation, our house was already on Funda and not much later it was sold. He was always ready for us but also takes every potential buyer seriously and takes time for them. He introduced us to the buyers (after we had accepted the offer), so that it became more than just a sale of real estate but also a connection between people. This felt like a warm bath to us. We would not have wanted to enter into this process with anyone else than Tom, an enthusiastic people-person instead of a suit-and-tie agent. All praise for Tom van Dichtbij Vastgoed!

30 May 2024Kan niet meer zeggen dan: wat een geweldige makelaar! Leon heeft er voor gezorgd dat er een bezichtiging mogelijk was ondanks onze drukke agenda die niet helemaal paste binnen de beschikbare bezichtigingsplekjes. Zelfde dag een bod uitgebracht en toen werd het paasweekend.. Balen zou je denken. Maar zelfs op beide paasdagen heeft Leon doorgewerkt en ons op de hoogte gehouden. Met Pasen kregen wij dan ook te horen dat ons bod was geaccepteerd, en binnen enkele dagen hadden wij de koopovereenkomst al getekend. Binnen 1 maand is alles geregeld en wachten wij nu met veel spanning af op de sleutel van ons nieuwe huisje. Dit mede door Leon zijn duidelijke uitleg en zijn ontzettend snelle reacties. Binnen 5 minuten heb je antwoord op al je vragen! Ik zou iedereen Quaden Makelaars aanraden!

Door zijn scherpe blik hebben we onze eerste woning (in Munstergeleen) nog kunnen voorzien van wat laatste aanpassingen, zodat de woning zich van zijn beste kant kon laten zien tijdens de meerdere bezichtigingen. We hadden een aantal biedingen met goede voorwaarden en hebben de woning een week na de eerste bezichtiging kunnen verkopen. Wij zijn heel erg blij met Léon en zijn collega's.

30 Mar 2024Slechte communicatie, neerbuigend, onbeschoft. Blijkbaar is het ‘persoonlijk ongepast’ van mij om te suggereren mijn geld ergens anders heen te brengen. Mijn geld, mijn keuze. Ook geïnformeerd door de eigenaar dat ‘het 48 uur duurt om een e-mail te beantwoorden’. Als dit het geval is, heb je meer personeel en een betere workflow nodig. Direct citaat uit e-mail “Wij streven ernaar om binnen 48 uur, vaak zelfs binnen 24 uur, op uw e-mails te reageren. Het dreigen met een overstap naar een andere makelaar of het kopen van een ander pand lijkt mij persoonlijk ongepast en ondermijnt alle inspanningen die we eerder voor u hebben geleverd.” Ik weet zeker dat er redenen zullen zijn waarom ze er alles aan hebben gedaan om ons te steunen, maar ik zal nog steeds beweren dat ze onbeleefd en onbehulpzaam waren. Ik wil geen duizenden euro’s betalen voor zo’n slechte service. Ik kijk uit naar uw antwoord, mijnheer Quaden, inclusief de ‘beknopte punten’ die u erin zult zetten. Ik merk dat je, hoe druk je het ook hebt, heel snel reageert op een 1-ster Google-recensie. Wat je moet onthouden is dat ik geen bedrijf run en dat mijn reputatie op Google-recensies er niet toe doet. Je bent een woedende en arrogante man, ik wil geen zaken met je doen. Neem geen contact meer met mij op. Eén ster, niet aan te raden.

Hallo heer Lawley, ik schrijf even in het Nederlands om dat ik vanwege de taalbarrière wil voorkomen dat zaken verkeerd overkomen. Uw wens was helaas veel groter dan de realiteit laten we het daar op houden. We zijn niet onbeleefd of arrogant als we tegen klanten zeggen dat bepaalde zaken ons niet haalbaar of te complex lijken om op basis daarvan een pand te reserveren. Dat bleek ook juist. Dat heeft niets met arrogantie te maken. Het is onze taak om een dossier kritisch te onderzoeken, vragen te stellen of zelfs af te wijzen als een zaak niet direct haalbaar oogt, hoe vervelend dit ook is. Wel hebben we u in alles een kans gegeven waarvoor u zelfs dankbaarheid uitsprak. We konden geen ‘top priority’ klant van u maken zoals u wilde omdat anderen ons ook betalen en wij niet kijken naar de hoogte van het bedrag. Sorry dat het een enkele keer 48 uur duurde voordat we terugbelden en excuses dat we niet binnen enkele uren een meeting konden regelen toen u na wekenlang onze berichten te hebben genegeerd opeens weer opdook. U wilt ons geld niet bij ons besteden en dat vinden wij helemaal prima want met geld is niet alles te koop. De reden dat wij toch alles deden om u te ondersteunen is dat wij dat een menselijk en zakelijk fatsoen vinden , dat dit zo hoort ondanks het feit dat wij intern al hadden gesproken of wij wel u wel als klant zouden willen . 22 Apr 2024Op maandagochtend telefonisch een afspraak gemaakt, dit ging normaal. We konden kiezen uit 11u of 12u vrijdag. De vrijdag ruim 1,5u in de auto gezeten naar het betreffende pand. Bij aankomst geen makelaar, niks. Bellen leerde ons dat het afgelopen woensdag al verkocht was?! Wij hebben geen mail, telefoontje, voicemail of sms hierover ontvangen... Wij zijn dus voor niets gekomen. Dus 1,5u heen en 1,5 terug, zonde van de tijd, bedankt makelaar -_- Er werd geen enkele moeite gedaan om een ander pand te laten bekijken of een andere manier van excuus. Echt triest...

Alles verliep van begin tot eind heel soepel en het hele team was fantastisch. Ze waren er altijd om te helpen met al het papierwerk en om onze vragen te beantwoorden. Dankzij hun goed georganiseerde bezichtigingen was het huis binnen no-time verkocht. Erwin, Aike en Monique waren bijzonder professioneel en we zijn ze zo dankbaar.
