1 star is still too much! Very unfriendly woman. Is very blunt on the phone, hangs up during the conversation. Also didn't show up for the scheduled viewing. Definitely NOT recommended.

Very satisfied with both the sale of our house and the purchase of our new home. We had a dream house in mind, called Riet and immediately everything was set in motion for the sale of our house. And successfully so! Thank you very much Riet and Ruud.

On Monday morning I made an appointment by phone, which went normally. We could choose between 11:00 AM or 12:00 PM on Friday. Drove over 1.5 hours in the car to the location on Friday. Upon arrival, no real estate agent, nothing. Calling revealed that it had already been sold last Wednesday?! We did not receive any email, phone call, voicemail, or SMS about this... So we came for nothing. Therefore 1.5 hours there and 1.5 hours back, a waste of time, thanks realtor -_- No effort was made to have another property viewed or offer another form of apology. Really sad...

Monday February 21, 2022, my youngest sister and I made contact with Mrs. Riet Quaden, appraiser-broker in Munstergeleen. Came into contact with, hereinafter referred to as Mrs. Riet, via my great-nephew Louke Linders. The matter was that we needed a reliable broker who would assess the property, of our sister and brother-in-law who passed away in November 2021. It concerned parcel Voorsterstraat 26 Tervoorst Nuth. From the very beginning, Mrs. Riet understood why we were contacting her, what our question was, and there was a connection between us. That created confidence and that has proven to be the case throughout the entire process until Monday May 2nd as well. We had to do with an appraiser-broker who understands her profession well. She thought along in everything; about things we hadn't thought of. Agreed, it’s her job, but that did contribute to the good feeling and confidence we wanted. Even for the eviction of the property she came up with a plan that we, living 2 1/2 hours drive away, found excellent and find. I, as executor testamentair, have driven back and forth several times between February and May from Rijswijk ZH to Nuth to stay in contact and see the situation of the property. Also by phone and email, the contact went excellently. She knows what she’s talking about. I can't just dismiss it as: worked well, but that is too short a summary. Very unprofessional. Arrives late, forgets appointments. Tells different things during the 1st viewing than during the 2nd. Doesn't know answers to standard questions about a property. Simply lies about things. Even if our dream house comes along at a dream price, if it’s for sale with this lady, we won’t even go for a viewing.

She is a very talkative woman who (in my case) tries to sell my property with many lies to someone from her network. Luckily, I didn't fall for it and ultimately sold the property myself for more than EUR 50,000. Very sad this 'honest broker' as she likes to profile herself.

Unprofessional in a word. Only email contact received. She didn't know which property we had responded to, then proposed a property well above our budget. Reacts emotionally to your emails. All of this led us to choose someone else. Best choice for us. There was no trust in her.

Perhaps a good realtor in her own region, outside of that absolutely not. Not for the house we bought through her, and our house which we sold through her. It's just that a buyer appeared at the last minute, otherwise she would have been fired. A local realtor was already ready to take over from her. Minuses: -Too much talking, too little listening, rather asking follow-up questions. -Not keeping appointments. -During the transfer of the purchased property, she immediately stated that she had little or no time. -Being unable to be present at the transfer of our own property without arranging a replacement. Etc..etc. The above applies to the selling party, as our buying party.

A very bad realtor doesn't think about the buyers/sellers. Doesn't keep appointments, gives conflicting information. Arrives at appointments at the last minute or late.

Had a property viewing with Mrs. Riet Quaden in Limbricht. She does her job very professionally and hats off to how she proceeds. Submitting an offer and then having to wait a week because there may be other bidders is not something she does. Simply make an offer 'the old-fashioned way' and then get an answer very quickly. Almost all of her colleagues real estate agents could learn from this instead of the haggling that most do. Definitely recommended. And especially continue as you are.
