He was flexible, suggested the right things, and even shared details of the contractor for renovation. He was easily accessible via phone/email. Het contact met de makelaar was zowel vriendelijk als deskundig. Opties voor verkoop van de woning werden vooraf goed besproken en op basis inschatting van de waarde van de woning is in goed overleg is een vraagprijs bepaald. Over iedere volgende stap werd vervolgens goed gecommuniceerd, op vragen mijnerzijds werd snel antwoord gegeven. Het duurde niet lang voordat alles gereed was om het huis daadwerkelijk in de verkoop te doen. Bezichtigingen en uiteindelijke verkoop verliepen…

Het hele proces liep volgens planning, en was voorspelbaar. De stappen werden vooraf duidelijk uitgelegd zodat we altijd wisten waar we aan toe waren.

Makelaar Kempen & Oberdorf ontzorgt! Dat is de conclusie die ik kan trekken nu het huis van mijn moeder definitief verkocht is.
