You make an appointment take time off from work plan it in for a viewing to rent a building and then you get a phone call that they have rented it out to someone else twice !! APPOINTMENT IS AN APPOINTMENT THEN YOU DON'T RENT IT OUT TO SOMEONE ELSE!! VERY SAD

We had asked Tom for an appraisal of our home. Tom gives open and honest advice with a personal approach. He has a good understanding of things and knows how to assess the property's value correctly. Tom comes across as enthusiastic and communicates pleasantly. A breath of fresh air compared to real estate agents from other (large) agencies we had. There you are customer number . They deliver no more than assembly line work with a universal view. They release a formula without looking at the surroundings, location, etc. Everything is focused on selling as quickly as possible and moving on to the next client. That is different with Tom.
