We spraken drie makelaars, Ron hebben we uiteindelijk gekozen vanwege zijn zorgvuldige inventarisatie van de woning: hij maakte zijn huiswerk uitmuntend en ook vanwege het feit dat hij zich - in vergelijking tot de andere makelaars – kwetsbaar durfde op te stellen.
