Not recommended, they make mistake after mistake. Let mortgage documents lie around, leave documents lying for a week and then deny it, send purchase agreements to other parties, let you run unnecessary risks regarding the terms of sale of your house. They don't congratulate you on buying a house, no apologies for mistakes made, then deny their errors and accuse you of trying to get money out of them, so definitely not professional. They say they aim for a 10, but then shouldn’t hang up when things get difficult. Not customer friendly!!! Given our time constraints, there was no possibility of switching brokers. Otherwise we certainly would have!!!

We were already running the purchase process for our new home through them, but we also entered into an agreement with Maurice Cergnul of Boek & Offermans regarding the sale of our own house in Hoensbroek. A good look was taken at the house while enjoying a cup of coffee. Subsequently, Maurice got to work and collaborated with his colleagues and other parties (floor plans + photos) to present my house in the best possible way. The social contact with Maurice is also very pleasant and he is always accessible! A skilled employee whom I recommend to everyone!

The broker in question talks a lot and listens poorly. He is not very proactive. He only takes action when the seller asks something or has a proposal. The broker hardly provides information. The seller had to correct the texts for the website and brochures (too) often. The broker constantly makes spelling and typing errors. Houses are apparently being sold too easily at the moment. In short, you pay a lot of money and still have to do a great deal yourself and continuously monitor the process.
