You make an appointment take time off from work plan it in for a viewing to rent a building and then you get a phone call that they have rented it out to someone else twice !! APPOINTMENT IS AN APPOINTMENT THEN YOU DON'T RENT IT OUT TO SOMEONE ELSE!! VERY SAD

That is not standard with real estate agents, so it’s very valuable in this industry. Compliments for the pleasant interaction and clear communication. Date unknownAfter a search with dramatic experiences, we came into contact with brokers and were introduced to Tom, who is rightfully driven, involved and reliable. Almost hit the mark with the first house, but for the second, Tom had it arranged on the day of the viewing and also quite a bit below the asking price!! That's something we didn't expect in this market. Can’t do anything other than recommend him as a (purchase) broker. Thanks again, Tom, Silvain & Linda 👍👍 PS Think twice if you are referred to Andre Feijs for finances. Only had misery and problems here that I did not resolve thanks to them. Nice story but total amateurs.

02 Jun 2025We had asked Tom for an appraisal of our home. Tom gives open and honest advice with a personal approach. He has a good understanding of things and knows how to assess the property's value correctly. Tom comes across as enthusiastic and communicates pleasantly. A breath of fresh air compared to real estate agents from other (large) agencies we had. There you are customer number . They deliver no more than assembly line work with a universal view. They release a formula without looking at the surroundings, location, etc. Everything is focused on selling as quickly as possible and moving on to the next client. That is different with Tom. He takes all the time for his clients and does that extra bit that others leave behind. We can only wholeheartedly recommend Tom!!

11 Jun 2025From the very first phone call (for an initial consultation appointment) to signing the purchase agreement, everything went super well! You are fully taken care of, they are always available, friendly, professional and transparent in communication. We chose Linda as our selling broker and we immediately had a good connection with her during the first meeting. She is very friendly, explains everything clearly and gives good advice. We were sold right away, now if only the house would sell we thought. Everything was top-notch; photographer, measurement of the property, and the Move application made everything even easier. No hassle with paperwork and everything digital. And if you had questions, you could just call, always available with Monique who is always helpful and friendly. The viewings were also well organized, neatly scheduled and clearly indicated in the Move app when and by whom. Linda and Bob (and once Nicole) took care of the viewings and they were well prepared. They seemed relaxed and exuded confidence. After each viewing, you could read a short report of their experience with the client and any expectations. After the deadline bidding period, Linda immediately called with all bids and also gave clear advice. And a week later, we were already at their office signing the purchase agreement in the company of the new residents. Kempen & Oberdorf is absolutely recommended! Linda, Bob, Monique, Nicole and the rest of the team, thank you on our behalf!

15 Oct 2025Zeer slechte ervaring met Smeets Vastgoed en met name met makelaar Ad. Ons bod op een woning was geaccepteerd en wij hadden al het koopcontract ontvangen. Er stond echter een fout in het contract, die door Ad zelf moest worden aangepast. Terwijl wij netjes wachtten op de gecorrigeerde versie en het bouwkundig onderzoek al gepland stond, werden wij plots gebeld dat de woning aan een andere partij was verkocht. Door zijn fout konden wij niet tekenen, terwijl alles verder rond was. Wij vinden dat Ad nalatig en onzorgvuldig heeft gehandeld en niet transparant is geweest in de communicatie. Wij hebben hierdoor onze kans op dit huis verloren en voelen ons oneerlijk behandeld. Een zeer teleurstellende ervaring. Wij zouden Smeets Vastgoed (en Ad) absoluut niet aanraden. Blijf er met je handen van af om teleurstellingen te voorkomen. Zo ga je niet met mensen om.

22 Aug 2025After a brief and lackluster tour given by Jos Cals, we inquired when we could move in, and it would be March 2026. We were allowed to submit our bid by August 11th through Move.nl, due to the vacation period. This would be a fair system, so it isn't. On August 4th, we received a call that the house had been sold off-market outside of Move.nl. Thought everything was going fairly through Move.nl, turns out it wasn’t again. According to the professional association, this is not the first time the real estate agent has operated in this way.

Sometimes the seller receives an offer with an ultimatum that they cannot refuse. I understand that this isn't pleasant for the other buyers but the seller determines things in this case.

Initially, I was a little hesitant about selling my own house after having purchased one through Philippe Real Estate, but everything was handled separately. Our sales wishes were listened to and followed up on, and together with their expert advice, we were able to sell our property quickly and well. Even in a market where mortgage interest rates were rising again. Phillippen Real Estate is a pleasant small-scale real estate agency with a personal approach.

We ourselves sold the house through an open house. Miranda was unable to find a buyer who wanted to make an offer. Poor communication between the buyer and us, not including everyone in emails or WhatsApp. The added value of the real estate agent is poor and therefore too expensive. I can't Royworks there…
