08 May 2025A viewing planned yesterday, after which I received an email saying I was on the waiting list while the appointment had been scheduled. After contacting the real estate agent, the appointment did go ahead, but today at the agreed time of 3:00 PM we went for the viewing and the real estate agent was not present and we were unable to view the property. I sent an email to the real estate agent stating that he had not kept the appointment. On the way home and around 3:15 PM, I received a call from the real estate agent with the story that he was standing at the property; I immediately cancelled the viewing. This real estate agent does not keep his commitments and has not disclosed all information about the property via Funda. Very unfortunate!

That is not standard with real estate agents, so it’s very valuable in this industry. Compliments for the pleasant interaction and clear communication. This not only gives you confidence in the process as a client, but also the feeling that someone is truly involved and you are certainly not left alone anymore. In my case, a very short but powerful procedure, which has left me with both a personal and professional impression. Absolutely recommendable!
