You make an appointment take time off from work plan it in for a viewing to rent a building and then you get a phone call that they have rented it out to someone else twice !! APPOINTMENT IS AN APPOINTMENT THEN YOU DON'T RENT IT OUT TO SOMEONE ELSE!! VERY SAD

That is not standard with real estate agents, so it’s very valuable in this industry. Compliments for the pleasant interaction and clear communication. Date unknownAfter a search with dramatic experiences, we came into contact with brokers and were introduced to Tom, who is rightfully driven, involved and reliable. Almost hit the mark with the first house, but for the second, Tom had it arranged on the day of the viewing and also quite a bit below the asking price!! That's something we didn't expect in this market. Can’t do anything other than recommend him as a (purchase) broker. Thanks again, Tom, Silvain & Linda 👍👍 PS Think twice if you are referred to Andre Feijs for finances. Only had misery and problems here that I did not resolve thanks to them. Nice story but total amateurs.

09 Jun 2025We had asked Tom for an appraisal of our home. Tom gives open and honest advice with a personal approach. He has a good understanding of things and knows how to assess the property's value correctly. Tom comes across as enthusiastic and communicates pleasantly. A breath of fresh air compared to real estate agents from other (large) agencies we had. There you are customer number . They deliver no more than assembly line work with a universal view. They release a formula without looking at the surroundings, location, etc. Everything is focused on selling as quickly as possible and moving on to the next client. That is different with Tom. He takes all the time for his clients and does that extra bit that others leave behind. We can only wholeheartedly recommend Tom!!

17 Jun 2025From the very first phone call (for an initial consultation appointment) to signing the purchase agreement, everything went super well! You are fully taken care of, they are always available, friendly, professional and transparent in communication. We chose Linda as our selling broker and we immediately had a good connection with her during the first meeting. She is very friendly, explains everything clearly and gives good advice. We were sold right away, now if only the house would sell we thought. Everything was top-notch; photographer, measurement of the property, and the Move application made everything even easier. No hassle with paperwork and everything digital. And if you had questions, you could just call, always available with Monique who is always helpful and friendly. The viewings were also well organized, neatly scheduled and clearly indicated in the Move app when and by whom. Linda and Bob (and once Nicole) took care of the viewings and they were well prepared. They seemed relaxed and exuded confidence. After each viewing, you could read a short report of their experience with the client and any expectations. After the deadline bidding period, Linda immediately called with all bids and also gave clear advice. And a week later, we were already at their office signing the purchase agreement in the company of the new residents. Kempen & Oberdorf is absolutely recommended! Linda, Bob, Monique, Nicole and the rest of the team, thank you on our behalf!

08 Aug 2025After a brief and lackluster tour given by Jos Cals, we inquired when we could move in, and it would be March 2026. We were allowed to submit our bid by August 11th through Move.nl, due to the vacation period. This would be a fair system, so it isn't. On August 4th, we received a call that the house had been sold off-market outside of Move.nl. Thought everything was going fairly through Move.nl, turns out it wasn’t again. According to the professional association, this is not the first time the real estate agent has operated in this way.

18 Jul 2025My experience with real estate agent Rick Perk during the viewing of the studio apartment at Wannerplein 44 in Heerlen was very disappointing. During the viewing and the purchasing process, Mr. Perk knowingly and deliberately concealed serious defects in the property. For example, I wasn't told that the current old central heating boiler cannot be connected to an HR boiler at all and that the entire installation must be replaced, which entails a cost of approximately €20,000. When I asked to have a structural survey carried out, this real estate agent refused to allow it with the story that it was not necessary. He tried to keep this serious limitation hidden for the sale. Also, the necessary VVE (Homeowners Association) and sales documents were deliberately not provided, despite repeated requests from my side, so that this limitation is not made known through the minutes of the residents. In addition, he himself spontaneously determined an amount of €15,000 for the parking garage and refused to show proof showing that the parking garage is being sold for this amount. It is obvious that the amount of the parking garage is much lower than his amount; when I requested the documents from the VVE and from the parking garage, he got into trouble and decided to reject my offer so that his fraud remains hidden from me. The studio apartment is sold with a project notary, and the amount of the notary by the seller must be paid, Mr. Rick wanted me to pay these costs myself €2500 euro. The property needs to be heavily renovated immediately (with more than €35,000 in costs for kitchen, floor, bathroom, plasterwork and many more repairs, excluding the cost of the central heating boiler). Mr. Perk seemed to think he could manipulate and swindle me as a foreign buyer into agreeing to an excessively high price of €132,500 plus €15,000 for a parking space. After I accidentally discovered the limitations and lowered my offer to €115,000 euro (excluding parking costs €15,000 euro), my offer was rejected without good reason after a week with the argument that the owner no longer wanted to sell the property because I had withdrawn my previous offer of €132,500. This feels to me like a choice between fraud or not selling the property. This real estate agent is unreliable. I advise everyone to be very careful when dealing with him and always have an independent structural survey carried out before proceeding.

You fail to mention that you left the property damaged, always washed your dog in the communal shower, did not return all keys, we had to have everything cleaned, and we had to have all of your belongings removed (inside and outside). The security deposit (€350,-) was far from sufficient to cover the costs incurred by us. It is also unfortunate that you are trying to portray me/us in a negative light in this way! We ourselves sold the house through an open house. Miranda was unable to find a buyer who wanted to make an offer.
