I was charmed by their expertise, good proposals and promised approach during the intake interview which led me to work with them. The house was sold for a good price and ultimately everything was completed successfully. I am certainly satisfied with that. What I am not satisfied with is the communication. The sign in the garden that wasn't placed until a week after the Funda announcement and only received a 'sold' sticker three days before handover. They needed to call back to ask what the next…

The broker in question talks a lot and listens poorly. He is not very proactive. He only takes action when the seller asks something or has a proposal. The broker hardly provides information. The seller had to correct the texts for the website and brochures (too) often. The broker constantly makes spelling and typing errors. Houses are apparently being sold too easily at the moment. In short, you pay a lot of money and still have to do a great deal yourself and continuously monitor the process.
