02 Jun 2024This is a really bad realtor. They discriminate against people. They don't give good homes to foreigners. They keep these only for Dutch people and they always have difficult excuses.

The content of our last message to you was as follows; Dear Kristiyan, we work daily with all kinds of nationalities and we also help candidates of all nationalities find housing every day, so we certainly do not discriminate. The difficulty in your case is the duration of your temporary employment contract (7 months), which does not align with the minimum rental period of the property, which in this case is at least 12 months, and therefore does not meet the requirements of this private landlord. In addition, we also offered to contact you again when we have an alternative available that could potentially match your current situation. We cannot agree with what you state in your review, nevertheless we wish you all the best.

With this friendliness, speed and professionalism, I have never experienced searching for and placing an apartment like with Ruben. It was a very positive experience. The information and links that Ruben provided to me were also very useful for me as an expat, so I could easily register for electricity, internet etc. In short, I was taken care of excellently from beginning to end. Finding accommodation in the Netherlands can be a nightmare and it is usually due to the fact that rental companies don't care about you, you are just 'one of the desperate' and if they cannot help you, they will have thousands of other people waiting. Due to this terrible and tragic behavior, I lost all trust, but when I contacted Woonhuis Limburg, everything changed. Ramon and Ruben answer every question you have within 24 hours, they are happy to help you, they show empathy and customer focus. They care about your feelings and impressions and do their best to give quick and efficient feedback. The entire process from the beginning (initial contact, making an appointment) to the end (rental agreement, inspection, further questions) runs smoothly and clearly. They answered all my emails within 1-2 business days and answered all my questions as best they could. They ensure that you can move into a new home where everything is functional or at least ready for repair. Especially Ruben Rutten has a personality full of enthusiasm and zeal, which can come across positively to you as a customer. They even agreed to pass on my unorthodox alternative suggestion for the financial requirements to the landlord, ultimately allowing me to get a new house, with which I am very happy. Never before have I felt so positive about a housing agency.

02 Jun 2021Hey everyone, This agency is totally unprofessional and questionable with respect to professional ethics. If you want a good experience for renting an apartment, you must not go to this agency. For example, they charge you ridiculous price for whatever service, (see 500 euros for removing a mattress). Also, I didn’t leave the place dirty as they say. Btw Ruben Rutten, he is of course very 'polite and nice'.

It is a pity that you do not recognize your own responsibility as a tenant. You rented a furnished apartment through us in July 2018, which was in nearly perfect condition at the time. During the check-out with you, which took place at the end of January 2021, we concluded together with the landlord that the apartment was left very dirty, while you were clearly informed in advance that you as a tenant are of course responsible for keeping the apartment clean as well as for a proper and clean delivery of the apartment at the end of the rental period. The apartment was so dirty that a few things (toilet bowl, sink, hob) could not even be professionally cleaned anymore. Then it is of course not surprising that the landlord does not refund the deposit of 1 month's rent, in order to repair the damage and make the apartment rentable again. In fact, this amount is demonstrably not covering the costs at all, and yet you have not been charged any additional costs. Finally, we would like to add that we have always been available for you throughout the entire period and have remained correct and polite to you, so it seems you are reflecting your frustration on us by calling us unprofessional.

27 Apr 2024Erik Bessems does not measure the areas of the Sonnevijver houses and gardens. Subsequently, he covers himself with the official sales deed. Once you have signed, you can no longer hold Bessems or the notary liable. A tip for prospective buyers: measure the house and garden yourself before proceeding to the final purchase. Bessems is paid handsomely to sell the house but compulsory measurements as a real estate agent, he has no desire for that. Sad but true.

27 Apr 2023I still feel guilty about nominating this Bessems realtor regarding the sale of my mother's house in Kanne. Will de Jonge was enormously enthusiastic and really wanted to take charge of this sale. This turned out differently because Will de Jonge suddenly no longer worked for Bessems Realty the week after our commitment. What I find utterly scandalous is that we were never informed about this. Will was our point of contact, would represent us in the sale of my mother's house. Forgotten perhaps? We are not talking about a bag of candy but about a house. A bad start. After this, the entire sale unfolded into one big drama, a chain reaction of very poor communication and many mistakes, too many to mention. All in all, a very stressful experience for everyone, but especially for my 85-year-old mother. I would therefore certainly not recommend this realtor.

27 Apr 2023Would I recommend this broker? No definitely not! I would even strongly advise against this office to anyone who asks for my opinion. This agency was allowed to sell my mother's house in Belgium. Initially, we dealt with broker Wil de Jonge from Bessems agency who really wanted to sell the house for us. Due to his enthusiasm for the assignment, my mother chose Bessems. However, when I went to hand over the keys at the office for the first viewing, I was told that Mr. de Jonge no longer worked for Bessems agency. The agency did not inform us about this and they could not tell me which broker would take over Mr. de Jonge's duties. After some insistence on my part, I received an email address where I could go with my questions. I emailed and am still waiting for a response to this day..... On the day of the viewing, I myself went to wait in the building to see which broker would take on our assignment. From that moment on, Mr. Kornips was our broker but we missed the involvement, advice and expertise you would expect from a broker. And even at the time of transfer with the notary, our broker remained deficient....the energy label had not been forwarded and there was a file missing which we were unaware existed. We had requested prior to the transfer for completeness assessment of the file but also there the broker did not respond. The buyer's notary withheld 5000 euros from the purchase price until we could provide the file. A lot of stress for us and our 85-year-old mother, therefore. And from the broker no recognition for their mistakes, no empathy but a well-deserved generous commission. Even our ability to rate on funda has been blocked by Bessems which makes me wonder how much those laudatory reviews actually mean if you block negative feedback. I say in any case 'brokerage firm Erik Bessems?!' NEVER AGAIN!

Initially, there was some noise on the line regarding communication and coordination during the sales process. Erik was very receptive to feedback and took action accordingly. This resulted in a smooth subsequent procedure. Very nice to experience! The sales file looked top notch. The sale was also completed positively. Financial advice was also obtained from financial advisor Ronald Kusters (of Erik Bessems Makelaardij). Excellent help from Ronald with expert advice, pleasant explanation, good coordination and perfect follow-up of made appointments. Top! I would definitely recommend this brokerage firm!

I could tell a very long story full of examples of sloppy or simply negligent actions from Bessems Makelaardij. Especially the attitude in this case from Bessems was experienced by us as very disappointing. And when you then want to share your experience on Funda, they also took away that possibility by disabling this function for us. Even more disappointing. If only they were so quick in communication. It is a pity that we had a contract because our trust quickly disappeared. I would therefore certainly not recommend this real estate agency.

27 Apr 2020In May 2019, my husband and I started looking for a new house. By chance, Corio real estate agents was the selling company, engaged for the first property we viewed. During the viewing, we started talking with Annet Kleinen, the agent who showed us around. When it came up that we still had to sell our current home and hadn't yet chosen an agent, she made a non-binding appointment with us to perform a valuation. Annet was incredibly attentive and really helped us get things sorted out for the sale. That is why we were happy to work with Corio real estate agents. The collaboration went perfectly. If we had questions, we could always contact Annet, and if she wasn't available for any reason, we could safely leave our questions with the back office. We never remained unassisted. Thanks to the hard work of both the company and Annet herself, we sold our apartment within 2 weeks. Everything was thought of, and we hardly had to worry about all the official matters. Therefore, we would recommend Corio Makelaars as a company, as well as Annet Kleinen, to everyone. We have dealt with many real estate agents before we found our dream house, but Corio Makelaars stands out from the rest.

27 Apr 2020Impatient and disappointing !!. One day after the viewing ( De Vaart in Geleen ) I sent my data to my advisor. Reason is to have them calculate what my maximum mortgage may/will be. I was called by the real estate agent around 1:30 PM to make an offer. I couldn't make an offer at that time because I hadn't heard anything from my advisor yet. I had asked her and said I would keep her informed by the end of the afternoon. Fine and great she said. Around 2:00 PM I sent her a WhatsApp message saying that I want to buy the house for the asking price. I received no feedback. I called her at 4:30 PM and she didn't answer, so I left a message. The asking price of the house was €189 K, luckily I didn't buy it because I can borrow a mortgage of €230 K. I would rather buy a house from another real estate agent who does respond to their clients.

Once, my keys broke (yes, I have that kind of luck), and without hesitation, Said took on the task of personally resolving the problem, which saved me a lot of stress. No hassle, no eye-rolling, just pure landlord magic. There were other times when he offered a helping hand when it wasn't even necessary, which only proves that he is one of those rare finds in the rental world. Also possesses the incredible ability to respect your privacy while being approachable. It’s like they have an invisible tenant radar: always around when you need them, but never hovering. The building was always in good condition, communication flowed seamlessly and the whole experience made renting a breeze. If I weren't moving, I would happily stay there. Five stars aren't enough: can we give landlords trophies?

Communication was very pleasant and when the selling broker said the appraisal could take place that same week, this was no problem for Will. The report was very well elaborated and Will also corrected an error made by the measuring party in the appraisal report. This increased the number of m2 of living space.
