Na een telefonisch gesprek met deze makelaar had ik al een zeer vreemd gevoel. Ik had alleen gebeld om algemene informatie te vragen en reageerde op dat moment nog niet eens op een specifieke woning. Tijdens dat gesprek werd mij echter al verteld dat ik en mijn verloofde “sowieso geen woning zouden krijgen”. Toch hebben we ons daarna op twee van hun advertenties netjes aangemeld. In beide gevallen lag mijn inkomen alleen al – of dat van mijn vrouw – ruim boven vier keer de gevraagde huur. Daarnaast hebben wij positieve beoordelingen van onze vorige verhuurder, een positieve kredietcheck en meerdere loonstroken ingediend. Toch kregen we beide keren de volgende dag een standaardbericht dat de woning al was “vergeven”. Dit roept bij mij een serieuze vraag op: waarom worden al deze persoonlijke gegevens en documenten überhaupt opgevraagd als er blijkbaar standaard toch een afwijzing volgt? De hele gang van zaken voelt voor ons erg vreemd en onprofessioneel. Onder deze omstandigheden vraag ik mij ook af of er mogelijk sprake is van vooroordelen of discriminatie.

We voelden ons zeer op ons gemak bij hen en voelden ons veilig. Ze stonden altijd klaar om onze vragen te beantwoorden, waren nauwkeurig, serieus en zeer bekwaam in hun werk. Ook na de oplevering van het huis waren ze beschikbaar voor elk verzoek. We zijn echt tevreden.

We hebben een fantastische ervaring gehad met Woonhuis Limburg bij het huren van een studio in Maastricht voor onze studerende dochter. Als klanten uit Slowakije waren we onder de indruk van hun snelle, professionele en duidelijke communicatie. Alles verliep vlekkeloos en hun vriendelijke aanpak maakte het proces stressvrij. Een echte aanrader!

Their broker, Ruben, supported me throughout the entire application process: from guiding the administration to being immediately available for questions. Ramon was extremely helpful, helpful and responded quickly throughout the entire process and helped me without any problems to find a nice apartment. Ik heb nog nooit zo'n vriendelijke, snelle en professionele aanpak meegemaakt bij het zoeken en regelen van een appartement als bij Ruben. Het was een zeer positieve ervaring. De extra informatie en links die Ruben me gaf, waren ook erg nuttig voor mij als expat, waardoor ik gemakkelijk elektriciteit, internet en andere nutsvoorzieningen kon regelen. Hey everyone, This agency is totally unprofessional and questionable with respect to professional ethics. If you want a good experience for renting an apartment, you must not go to this agency. For example, they charge you ridiculous price for whatever service, (see 500 euros for removing a mattress). Also, I didn’t leave the place dirty as they say. Btw Ruben Rutten, he is of course very 'polite and nice'.

Zeer benaderbare mensen. Accepterend en respectvol naar transgender personen. Ik voelde me welkom als klant, omdat ze me graag wilden helpen. Ze beantwoordden al mijn e-mails binnen 1-2 werkdagen en gaven zo goed mogelijk antwoord op al mijn vragen. Ze zorgen ervoor dat je in een nieuwe woning kunt trekken waar alles functioneert of waar reparaties in ieder geval gepland staan. Ruben Rutten heeft in het bijzonder een enthousiaste en energieke persoonlijkheid, wat een positieve invloed heeft op jou als klant. Ze stemden er zelfs mee in om mijn onorthodoxe alternatieve voorstel voor de financiële eisen aan de verhuurder door te geven, waardoor ik uiteindelijk een nieuwe woning heb gevonden waar ik erg blij mee ben. Used the services of Woonhuis Limburg several times, previously also from multiple real estate agencies. However, I have not experienced professionalism like this anywhere else. Nothing is too much trouble and the time you need is more than adequately given to you. Moreover, they still work with normal rates. If you are not satisfied here, in my opinion it can only be due to your own attitude.

Very satisfied with the extremely friendly and professional approach by Mr. Raes. There was ample time for the viewing, and Mr. was very well informed about the ins and outs of the property. Email and telephone contact proceeded quickly and smoothly. As did further mediation between us and the landlord. The rental property was delivered on time and in good order.
