A viewing planned yesterday, after which I received an email saying I was on the waiting list while the appointment had been scheduled. After contacting the real estate agent, the appointment did go ahead, but today at the agreed time of 3:00 PM we went for the viewing and the real estate agent was not present and we were unable to view the property. I sent an email to the real estate agent stating that he had not kept the appointment. On the way home and around 3:15 PM, I received a call from the real estate agent with the story that he was standing at the property; I immediately cancelled the viewing. This real estate agent does not keep his commitments and has not disclosed all information about the property via Funda. Very unfortunate!

When purchasing our new house, Paul was the selling real estate agent. He stated that he didn't play games and kept everything transparent, and he really stuck to that. That is not standard with real estate agents, so it’s very valuable in this industry. Compliments for the pleasant interaction and clear communication.
