31 Jan 2026Binnen slechts twee maanden was alles geregeld en de verhuizing naar ons nieuwe huis was voltooid. Tijdens onze zoektocht was het eerste huis dat ons opviel al snel verkocht, dus we zijn verder gaan kijken naar andere opties. Na slechts twee bezichtigingen kwam datzelfde huis plotseling weer beschikbaar – en het stond te koop via Reuvers. We hebben direct een bezichtiging ingepland en vanaf het moment dat we binnenstapten, voelde het goed. Maarten leidde ons met oprechte aandacht en helderheid door het huis. In vergelijking met andere bezichtigingen was hij de enige die zich niet alleen op de verkoper en het huis richtte, maar ook echt rekening hield met het perspectief van de koper. De manier waarop hij het huis presenteerde, maakte de beslissing vanzelfsprekend. We hebben direct een bod uitgebracht en kort daarna belde Maarten ons om te laten weten dat het bod was geaccepteerd. Het hele proces verliep snel – binnen twee weken was het huis officieel verkocht. De communicatie verliep soepel en Maarten reageerde altijd snel op vragen en verzoeken. 30 Nov 2025Terrible real estate agent. The house went into sale due to a divorce. And without permission from both parties, the house was taken out of sale. This is not allowed! But it's still being handled by hendriks. The worst thing is that my ex didn't even take the house out of sale, but his mother! Practices that really can't be carried out here.

07 Nov 2025I contacted Hermans Makelaars about a shop premises that interested me. Initially, I was asked to look up and submit various pieces of information myself, which I did neatly. In the end, I never heard from them again. No follow-up, no clarity, no professional handling. For a real estate agent who claims to find personal contact and guidance important, this was truly disappointing. As an entrepreneur, I at least expect a decent response—especially if I myself take the initiative and provide all the requested information.

01 Oct 2025After making one phone appointment on the condition that it would be an honest and sincere energy label, I proceeded with Vergoossens real estate. This good man, Jack Vergoossens, was punctual, friendly, and seemed competent. He was pleased to see that I had taken photos of the entire renovation from A to Z, documenting all insulation in the walls and floor regarding thicknesses and materials, floor heating, heat pump, and heat pump boiler. Apparently, it often happens that people make their homes energy-efficient but have no provable evidence of this, and then the person responsible for the energy label cannot do anything about bringing the house to a higher level. After measuring the entire house and noting everything down, two hours later I asked Jack Vergoossens if the renovation had borne fruit? The answer was that it would certainly be an A rating, maybe even with a +, but he wouldn't know for sure until all calculations were done. Five days later we received the results of the energy label, and to our disbelief, a house from 1947 went from an F to an A+++ energy label. We never expected this from ourselves. I needed an appraiser urgently for the purchase of my new home. Jack and Danielle did everything they could to plan this as quickly as possible despite the busy period. Everything was explained very clearly, so that you as a 'layman' understood exactly what they meant in the appraisal report. 01 May 2025'A Beuk of a realtor!' Goossens Vastgoed sold our house on the Beukstraat in Elsloo as if it were a warm pastry at the Saturday market. Within no-time viewings were scheduled and in a blink of an eye, the deal was done. From the first conversation we immediately felt: this is right. No bla bla, just clear, friendly and they know exactly what they do. The photos? Top. The viewings? Super neatly arranged. And the negotiations? As if they were selling the house as if it were their own – with heart and mind.
