This not only gives you confidence in the process as a client, but also the feeling that someone is truly involved and you are certainly not left alone anymore. In my case, a very short but powerful procedure, which has left me with both a personal and professional impression. Absolutely recommendable! Once, my keys broke (yes, I have that kind of luck), and without hesitation, Said took on the task of personally resolving the problem, which saved me a lot of stress. No hassle, no eye-rolling, just pure landlord magic. There were other times when he offered a helping hand when it wasn't even necessary, which only proves that he is one of those rare finds in the rental world. Also possesses the incredible ability to respect your privacy while being approachable. It’s like they have an invisible tenant radar: always around when you need them, but never hovering. The building was always in good condition, communication flowed seamlessly and the whole experience made renting a breeze. If I weren't moving, I would happily stay there. Five stars aren't enough: can we give landlords trophies?
