Als kopende partij te maken gehad met deze makelaar. Ondanks dat ze uiteraard de belangen van de verkopende partij behartigen, doen zo ook voor de kopende partij net dat beetje extra. Duidelijke communicatie en altijd snel bereikbaar voor het beantwoorden van vragen. Daarnaast zijn ze ook niet te beroerd om tijdens afspraken even de tijd te nemen voor een babbeltje wat de afhandeling gemoedelijk en persoonlijk maakt.
