Arrives late, and even forgets appointments with us as seller. In our opinion, the house was presented worse than it actually was. For the mentioned brokerage fee, we would not recommend her.

But it's still being handled by hendriks. The worst thing is that my ex didn't even take the house out of sale, but his mother! Practices that really can't be carried out here.

06 Feb 2025What a quick sale. Top. The contact that there was is fine. What I personally find a pity is that it mostly goes through systems, app or email. I prefer warm contact. The system used to collect results and documents is almost impossible to use on mobile. Signing also goes digital so that's not a warm moment. But good work and probably really belongs to the current generation to do as much as possible digitally. I experience this same thing with the department that prepares the financing.

The initial contact was such that we had no doubts about Inge. The house appeared on her Facebook page within days. Inge Pelsers organized the entire process,… photographer… someone for the environmental label, the house was sold within a week using a very pleasant transparent bidding method. Even after the deal was finalized, communication continued in a correct and pleasant manner. Now the property has been transferred, and we wish the new, very young buyer much success and enjoyment with his new home/house. Buying or selling your house is particularly important to you,... something Inge Pelsers understands. 08 Oct 2025After making one phone appointment on the condition that it would be an honest and sincere energy label, I proceeded with Vergoossens real estate. This good man, Jack Vergoossens, was punctual, friendly, and seemed competent. He was pleased to see that I had taken photos of the entire renovation from A to Z, documenting all insulation in the walls and floor regarding thicknesses and materials, floor heating, heat pump, and heat pump boiler. Apparently, it often happens that people make their homes energy-efficient but have no provable evidence of this, and then the person responsible for the energy label cannot do anything about bringing the house to a higher level. After measuring the entire house and noting everything down, two hours later I asked Jack Vergoossens if the renovation had borne fruit? The answer was that it would certainly be an A rating, maybe even with a +, but he wouldn't know for sure until all calculations were done. Five days later we received the results of the energy label, and to our disbelief, a house from 1947 went from an F to an A+++ energy label. We never expected this from ourselves. 14 Nov 2025I contacted Hermans Makelaars about a shop premises that interested me. Initially, I was asked to look up and submit various pieces of information myself, which I did neatly. In the end, I never heard from them again. No follow-up, no clarity, no professional handling. For a real estate agent who claims to find personal contact and guidance important, this was truly disappointing. As an entrepreneur, I at least expect a decent response—especially if I myself take the initiative and provide all the requested information.

Hermans Makelaars in a few keywords: customer-focused, professional, good advice, a reminder when needed, attentive and empathetic. Hermans Makelaars takes an extra step when necessary and relieves stress during a hectic time when you have many balls in the air. There is clarity about the steps that will be taken and where you are at each moment. This also provides clarity as to what you still need to do yourself. If you forget something in the rush, you will receive a friendly reminder from their side to submit something. A pleasant advantage is that they also have a Hypotheekshop (Mortgage Shop) in their portfolio. This was ideal for us to have both the sale and the financial settlement of a purchase via one point of contact.

Date unknownVery bad experience with Bart jan Geleijns, arrogance to the top, doesn't call back, after the second request he calls back, then comes over, as if I should be happy for a viewing, while the property has been for sale for three years and also almost 200k too high was put in the market by him, Then he again misses an appointment for the viewing, employee must at his behest, cancel the viewing a few hours beforehand. Doesn't take into account that people are free to do so there. When I said that to him, he ignored it, no message to (arrogant) And the elderly lady owner there also stressed about it, but apparently doesn’t care about that. No wonder the property has been for sale for three years. So no empathy. Then Nick takes over the sale who gets from us 10 stars, quickly responds and switches Korrete man who put a lot of time into the tour, always calls back very quickly, also in the evening, weekend, and during his vacation, I said watch out for yourself a bit, there is more than just working, turn off that cell phone on your vacation, one word he is top. Nick is just like CASA NOSTRA IN BUDEL, who sold our house quickly too, and nothing too much. Ps Bart jan called me with all kinds of Klets stories why he isn't coming, excuses, I answered when I am at the agreed time at the property with or without you, his answer was that can’t be 👎🏿 I said you should pay attention to whether that is possible. As said so done went to property and had a good conversation with the owner, who by the way wasn't happy either, that he let it be canceled a few hours beforehand that he isn’t coming. Ultimately glad that I didn’t see Bart jan, because due to his attitude I wouldn’t have bought the property, but purely through the many conversations with the owner we dared to buy back the property AND NEVER AGAIN ANYTHING HEARD NO EXCUSES, SHOULD ACTUALLY REQUEST COMPENSATION, MADE COSTS 2X SNIPPERDAG RECORD

The house was quickly and neatly on the market, which we found very pleasant. The communication went well and we could address our questions properly. However, there were a few beauty flaws in the process: for example, we initially received an incorrect floor plan with wrong dimensions just before the house was to go online, and at the last moment our both names were not entirely written correctly. That was a bit sloppy and caused a less pleasant feeling. Despite that, we are happy with the end result and the smooth sale of our home. With a bit more attention to detail, the service would have been even better.

Because this first contact was experienced as pleasant and reassuring, the choice of real estate agent was not difficult when we actually wanted to sell our home. All contacts, including those with the office staff (Sandra and Lieke), went smoothly and professionally. That professionalism became clear because the sale of our house did not follow a 'standard' sales procedure. In summary: pleasant contact and professionalism are the key concepts.

17 Jun 2025Misleading & unreliable We made an offer on a property through this real estate agent and we received the phone call with congratulations that the sellers accepted our offer a day later. We were abroad on vacation at that time. At no point did Michel or the back office communicate that the purchase would only be formal after signing the preliminary purchase agreement. We had, of course, already received it, but we were strongly advised not to interrupt our vacation. Everything in good faith. What we didn't know is that there were still other bidders involved, despite the assurance. To our great astonishment and disappointment, the property was sold to the previously rejected party because they had later increased their offer and signed immediately. Due to 'busyness', Michel forgot to submit our higher bid to the sellers. Throughout this process, Michel provided different information about us to the sellers as well as to our intermediary, which is very reprehensible. He deliberately put us on a different track. If you enter into an agreement with this real estate agent, be warned! This cost us the house.

After acceptance of our offer on a property, we were not proactively advised to sign the purchase agreement, nor timely informed about other bids. Meanwhile, the broker gave the sellers a different account of the process than what we knew. Crucial information – including our increased bid – was knowingly withheld from the sellers while the sale was still pending. We only later learned from the sellers what actually happened. This cost us the house. The way they acted raises serious questions about the duty of care, transparency and reliability/integrity of this agency. 📌 Advice to other buyers and sellers: request everything to be documented in writing and don't take anything for granted!

Seems like a friends-and-family system within the brokers' world. Hopefully, the registered bidding will solve this problem in the future.

Has a good understanding of what is happening in the housing market in central Limburg. A pleasant personality to talk to. Very accessible. Time for the client. The ladies in the office are friendly and professional. In our sale, everything was correct from A to Z. Socially involved with the municipality, including support for the Hertenspoor. We consider this a valuable addition these days and says a lot about a company.
