04 Jun 2024Both before and during the viewing, the real estate agent made promises that they could not keep afterwards. That in itself is already bad. We were supposed to be called, but despite our attempts to contact the real estate agent (e.g., leaving voicemails several times requesting a call back), that did not happen. Via their website, we had to learn that the property suddenly stood “under option”. Subsequently, we received an email rejection with a reference to another house they have for rent. The rental price of this was almost double that of the property in question! On our reply to that email, in which we expressed our dissatisfaction, there is no further response. Simply unprofessional and also impolite to treat people like this and then not be willing to communicate about it. Sad!

08 May 2025A viewing planned yesterday, after which I received an email saying I was on the waiting list while the appointment had been scheduled. After contacting the real estate agent, the appointment did go ahead, but today at the agreed time of 3:00 PM we went for the viewing and the real estate agent was not present and we were unable to view the property. I sent an email to the real estate agent stating that he had not kept the appointment. On the way home and around 3:15 PM, I received a call from the real estate agent with the story that he was standing at the property; I immediately cancelled the viewing. This real estate agent does not keep his commitments and has not disclosed all information about the property via Funda. Very unfortunate!

That is not standard with real estate agents, so it’s very valuable in this industry. Compliments for the pleasant interaction and clear communication.
