De makelaar was vriendelijke en betrokken. Geen moeite was teveel. Over de prijs/kwaliteitverhouding heb ik geen oordeel. Ik vind het vreselijk duur, maar dat telt voor alle makelaars. Bovendien heb ik geen idee wat de totale kosten zijn die de makelaar maakte, wat de vaste lasten zijn en hoeveel de winstmarge bedraagt.
