The appraiser was very knowledgeable and friendly and provides genuine feedback about your home, so you clearly know where the areas for improvement are. Date unknownAfter a search with dramatic experiences, we came into contact with brokers and were introduced to Tom, who is rightfully driven, involved and reliable. Almost hit the mark with the first house, but for the second, Tom had it arranged on the day of the viewing and also quite a bit below the asking price!! That's something we didn't expect in this market. Can’t do anything other than recommend him as a (purchase) broker. Thanks again, Tom, Silvain & Linda 👍👍 PS Think twice if you are referred to Andre Feijs for finances. Only had misery and problems here that I did not resolve thanks to them. Nice story but total amateurs.

02 Jun 2025We had asked Tom for an appraisal of our home. Tom gives open and honest advice with a personal approach. He has a good understanding of things and knows how to assess the property's value correctly. Tom comes across as enthusiastic and communicates pleasantly. A breath of fresh air compared to real estate agents from other (large) agencies we had. There you are customer number . They deliver no more than assembly line work with a universal view. They release a formula without looking at the surroundings, location, etc. Everything is focused on selling as quickly as possible and moving on to the next client. That is different with Tom. He takes all the time for his clients and does that extra bit that others leave behind. We can only wholeheartedly recommend Tom!!

Date unknownMy experience with realtor Rick Perk during the viewing of the studio apartment at Wannerplein 44 in Heerlen was very disappointing. During the viewing and the purchasing process, Mr. Perk knowingly and deliberately concealed serious defects in the property. Even worse, the property wasn't even listed for sale on funda or on the realtor’s website. For example, I wasn't told that the current old central heating boiler cannot be connected to an HR boiler at all and that the entire installation must be replaced, which entails a cost item of approximately €20,000. When I asked to have a structural survey carried out, this realtor refused to allow it with the story that it was not necessary. He tried to hide this serious limitation in order to facilitate the sale. Also, the necessary VVE (Homeowners Association) and sales documents were deliberately not provided, despite repeated requests from my side, so that this limitation is not made known through the minutes of the residents. In addition, he himself spontaneously determined an amount of €15,000 for the parking garage and refused to show proof showing that the parking garage is being sold for this amount. It is obvious that the amount of the parking garage is much lower than his amount; when I requested the documents from the VVE and from the parking garage, he got into a problem and decided to reject my offer so that his fraud remains hidden from me. The studio apartment is sold with a project notary, and the amount of the notary by the seller must be paid, Mr. Rick wanted me to pay these costs myself €2500 euro, while the notary fees normally do not exceed €1000 euro. The property needs major renovation immediately (with more than €35,000 in costs for kitchen, floor, bathroom, plasterwork and many more repairs, excluding the costs for the central heating boiler). Mr. Perk seemed to think he could manipulate and swindle me as a foreign buyer into agreeing to an excessively high price of €132,500 plus €15,000 for a parking space. After I accidentally discovered the limitations and lowered my offer to €115,000 euro (excluding parking costs €15000 euro), my offer was rejected without good reason after a week with the argument that the owner no longer wanted to sell the property because I had withdrawn my previous offer of €132,500. This feels to me like a choice between fraud or not selling the property. This realtor is unreliable. I advise everyone to be very careful when dealing with him and always have an independent structural survey carried out before proceeding.

You fail to mention that you left the property damaged, always washed your dog in the communal shower, did not return all keys, we had to have everything cleaned, and we had to have all of your belongings removed (inside and outside). The security deposit (€350,-) was far from sufficient to cover the costs incurred by us. It is also unfortunate that you are trying to portray me/us in a negative light in this way! Of course, we are always open to a personal meeting and you can always contact us at 045-7440444.

Date unknownAnnoying phone call with this realtor. He didn't want to schedule a viewing because my wife didn't have time and I wanted to come alone. 'That doesn't make sense' he said bluntly. Skips potential buyers because he himself doesn't feel like it. This can therefore turn out very negatively if you put your house for sale through this realtor. Edit 26-07-2025 The reaction was annoying because there was indeed time for a viewing and it could be scheduled. But you only refused after it became clear that I would come alone. Furthermore, I doubt whether you even remember which property we are talking about 1 year after the date. So indicating 25 viewings is also strange.

That's right, it doesn't make sense if 25 viewings are scheduled and a bidding deadline has been agreed upon so that people who cannot submit an offer within the specified timeframe can come and look, while you don't want to run the risk of the offer being withdrawn within the three-day reconsideration period.

I was rudely told that he didn't want to schedule a viewing with me because I wanted to do the viewing for my son, who has a busy job and doesn't live nearby. I was astonished..... Never again and definitely not recommended! 21-07-2025 Following the reaction -1 year after date- from this realtor; I think your memory is failing you somewhat... We didn't even get to the point of making an appointment back then. When I indicated that I wanted to do the viewing for my son, you already stated in a rather unpleasant way that you didn't want to schedule a viewing with me because my son couldn't be there himself. Fortunately, we were able to view a very beautiful house shortly after with a realtor who had no problem with it at all. My son bought that property unseen.........

28 viewings scheduled for this property and Mrs. indicated that she could not, of course, decide alone. Three dates were proposed, all of which did not fit in her son's agenda. You cannot make 28 serious parties who do take the time to wait for one person who does not want/can make time.
