The first time, no unattainable fairy tales were promised. Now they were: lots of searching and high prices. This did not materialize. Too many promises made. This was also acknowledged neatly. Ultimately, everyone worked hard to get the house well into the spotlight and could achieve an acceptable price. We took a little more initiative ourselves.

12 Feb 2025What a quick sale. Top. The contact that there was is fine. What I personally find a pity is that it mostly goes through systems, app or email. I prefer warm contact. The system used to collect results and documents is almost impossible to use on mobile. Signing also goes digital so that's not a warm moment. But good work and probably really belongs to the current generation to do as much as possible digitally. I experience this same thing with the department that prepares the financing.

31 Aug 2025We have had very bad experiences with Van Cromvoirt Makelaardij & Advies. During the purchase process of a home, we were provided with incorrect and misleading information about the roof structure. Both in the sales brochure and on Funda, it was assumed that the thatched roof was insulated. We also received an email stating that the roof was fitted with a modern screw roof construction which is safer and therefore cheaper to insure than a traditional thatched roof. Subsequently, this turned out to be absolutely untrue. Furthermore, during viewings we were wrongly informed that the roof could not be inspected, while it ultimately proved possible. Only after repeated insistence did we gain access and found the reality completely different. We have had to incur significant costs as a result. Although the real estate agent acknowledged during a conversation that a mistake had been made and that they were insured against it, no response has been received from us since then on our formal correspondence. In short: unreliable communication, misleading information and no responsibility whatsoever. We advise everyone not to do business with this office.

They see your name and reject it. Especially if you have a Muslim name. Our salary is four times higher than the rent we are applying for and we have two children, but they use these excuses to say that you are not a family or that the salary is not enough. Apparently, they don't look at the application. Incredibly racist agency. Terrible service. If you are not Dutch and not Muslim, don't bother with them, because they won't even review your application. 0 starts

I told them that I am family and that I have 2 children, which I had indicated in my application. Secondly, they said your salary wasn't enough. My salary was €69,000 per year net, 4 times the rent. 😅So that’s just racist.

We chose van Cromvoirt because, according to NVM, van Cromvoirt is the only real estate agent in central Limburg who can appraise monumental buildings due to their expertise. It is a shame, however, that van Cromvoirt did not choose one of the 118 municipal monuments from the municipality as a reference.
