30 Nov 2025Terrible real estate agent. The house went into sale due to a divorce. And without permission from both parties, the house was taken out of sale. This is not allowed! But it's still being handled by hendriks. The worst thing is that my ex didn't even take the house out of sale, but his mother! Practices that really can't be carried out here.

02 Sep 2025We have had very bad experiences with Van Cromvoirt Makelaardij & Advies. During the purchase process of a home, we were provided with incorrect and misleading information about the roof structure. Both in the sales brochure and on Funda, it was assumed that the thatched roof was insulated. We also received an email stating that the roof was fitted with a modern screw roof construction which is safer and therefore cheaper to insure than a traditional thatched roof. Subsequently, this turned out to be absolutely untrue. Furthermore, during viewings we were wrongly informed that the roof could not be inspected, while it ultimately proved possible. Only after repeated insistence did we gain access and found the reality completely different. We have had to incur significant costs as a result. Although the real estate agent acknowledged during a conversation that a mistake had been made and that they were insured against it, no response has been received from us since then on our formal correspondence. In short: unreliable communication, misleading information and no responsibility whatsoever. We advise everyone not to do business with this office.

Moreover, they don't even look at the application. They see your name and reject it. Especially if you have an Islamic name. Our salary is four times higher than the rent we are applying for and we have two children, but they still use excuses like 'you're not family' or 'the salary is not enough'. Apparently, they don't even look at the application. An unbelievable racist office. Terrible service. If you're not a Dutch person or a Muslim, don't even contact them, because they will never look at your application. 0 stars

I told them that I am family and that I have 2 children, which I had indicated in my application. Secondly, they said your salary wasn't enough. My salary was €69,000 per year net, 4 times the rent. 😅So that’s just racist.

02 Jan 2025On 3-11-2024, we were able to receive the beautiful appraisal report for our monumental building from van Cromvoirt. We chose van Cromvoirt because, according to NVM, van Cromvoirt is the only real estate agent in central Limburg who can appraise monumental buildings due to their expertise. It is a shame, however, that van Cromvoirt did not choose one of the 118 municipal monuments from the municipality as a reference.
