The first time, no unattainable fairy tales were promised. Now they were: lots of searching and high prices. This did not materialize. Too many promises made. This was also acknowledged neatly. Ultimately, everyone worked hard to get the house well into the spotlight and could achieve an acceptable price. We took a little more initiative ourselves.

26 Jan 2025What a quick sale. Top. The contact that there was is fine. What I personally find a pity is that it mostly goes through systems, app or email. I prefer warm contact. The system used to collect results and documents is almost impossible to use on mobile. Signing also goes digital so that's not a warm moment. But good work and probably really belongs to the current generation to do as much as possible digitally. I experience this same thing with the department that prepares the financing.

First time selling a house so no experience, but an expectation that our house would not be sold so far under the asking price, somewhat disappointed. It's such a shame that the government makes many things complicated instead of easier, things cannot seamlessly flow together.

They see your name and reject it. Especially if you have a Muslim name. Our salary is four times higher than the rent we are applying for and we have two children, but they use these excuses to say that you are not a family or that the salary is not enough. Apparently, they don't look at the application. Incredibly racist agency. Terrible service. We chose van Cromvoirt because, according to NVM, van Cromvoirt is the only real estate agent in central Limburg who can appraise monumental buildings due to their expertise. It is a shame, however, that van Cromvoirt did not choose one of the 118 municipal monuments from the municipality as a reference.

The viewings were scheduled and these were also carried out very professionally by the real estate agent, sometimes even multiple per day. The telephone contact always went super well too. The photos and the brochure of the chalet were really very beautiful. In short, super satisfied!!! This real estate agent is a definite recommendation!!!
