Ik neem uitgebreid de tijd voor een bezichtiging zodat de eerste indruk van een kijker van “oppervlakkig” naar “grondig” gaat. Ik ga voor het beste verkoopresultaat en verlies het belang van mijn opdrachtgever niet uit het oog. Afspraken worden zorgvuldig vastgelegd en gecontroleerd waarbij ik u tot zelfs ná het bezoek aan de notaris als een betrokken makelaar begeleid.
