Alles verliep van begin tot eind heel soepel en het hele team was fantastisch. Ze waren er altijd om te helpen met al het papierwerk en om onze vragen te beantwoorden. Dankzij hun goed georganiseerde bezichtigingen was het huis binnen no-time verkocht. Erwin, Aike en Monique waren bijzonder professioneel en we zijn ze zo dankbaar. 12 Dec 2024Makelaar Kempen & Oberdorf ontzorgt! Dat is de conclusie die ik kan trekken nu het huis van mijn moeder definitief verkocht is. Alvorens het huis te koop aan te bieden heb ik een aantal makelaars geconsulteerd. Kempen & Oberdorf stak er met kop en schouders bovenuit, dus de keuze was snel gemaakt. Een heldere presentatie over de diensten die zij bieden, snelle en adequate reacties op e-mail berichten, een soepele voorbereiding en uitvoering van het verkoopproces en een aantrekkelijke courtage karakteriseren de aanpak van Kempen & Oberdorf. Zelfs voor het ontruimen van de woning kunnen zij je in contact brengen met iemand die de ontruiming snel, adequaat en goedkoop uitvoert. Kortom, ik heb mij op geen enkel moment zorgen hoeven te maken over (de afhandeling van) de verkoop. Veel dank aan Nicole, Marcel en alle andere betrokken medewerk(st)ers.
