Date unknownAfter a search with dramatic experiences, we came into contact with brokers and were introduced to Tom, who is rightfully driven, involved and reliable. Almost hit the mark with the first house, but for the second, Tom had it arranged on the day of the viewing and also quite a bit below the asking price!! That's something we didn't expect in this market. Can’t do anything other than recommend him as a (purchase) broker. Thanks again, Tom, Silvain & Linda 👍👍 PS Think twice if you are referred to Andre Feijs for finances. Only had misery and problems here that I did not resolve thanks to them. Nice story but total amateurs.

02 Jun 2025We had asked Tom for an appraisal of our home. Tom gives open and honest advice with a personal approach. He has a good understanding of things and knows how to assess the property's value correctly. Tom comes across as enthusiastic and communicates pleasantly. A breath of fresh air compared to real estate agents from other (large) agencies we had. There you are customer number . They deliver no more than assembly line work with a universal view. They release a formula without looking at the surroundings, location, etc. Everything is focused on selling as quickly as possible and moving on to the next client. That is different with Tom. He takes all the time for his clients and does that extra bit that others leave behind. We can only wholeheartedly recommend Tom!!

05 Jan 2025I've lived in Said's home for more than two years and honestly it was an experience that will forever set the bar high for a landlord. The gold standard has been set, people! Once my keys broke (yes, I have that kind of luck), and without hesitation Said took on the responsibility to personally resolve the issue, which saved me a lot of stress. No hassle, no eye-rolling – just pure landlord magic. There were also moments when he offered a helping hand when it wasn't necessary, which only proves that he is one of those rare finds in the rental world. And they also have that incredible ability to respect your privacy and at the same time be approachable. It’s as if they have an invisible tenant radar – always around when you need them, but never around. The property was always in good condition, communication flowed effortlessly, and the whole experience made renting a breeze. If I weren't moving, I would still happily stay there. Five stars aren't enough – can we give out landlord trophies?

Date unknownMy experience with realtor Rick Perk during the viewing of the studio apartment at Wannerplein 44 in Heerlen was very disappointing. During the viewing and the purchasing process, Mr. Perk knowingly and deliberately concealed serious defects in the property. Even worse, the property wasn't even listed for sale on funda or on the realtor’s website. For example, I wasn't told that the current old central heating boiler cannot be connected to an HR boiler at all and that the entire installation must be replaced, which entails a cost item of approximately €20,000. When I asked to have a structural survey carried out, this realtor refused to allow it with the story that it was not necessary. He tried to hide this serious limitation in order to facilitate the sale. Also, the necessary VVE (Homeowners Association) and sales documents were deliberately not provided, despite repeated requests from my side, so that this limitation is not made known through the minutes of the residents. In addition, he himself spontaneously determined an amount of €15,000 for the parking garage and refused to show proof showing that the parking garage is being sold for this amount. It is obvious that the amount of the parking garage is much lower than his amount; when I requested the documents from the VVE and from the parking garage, he got into a problem and decided to reject my offer so that his fraud remains hidden from me. The studio apartment is sold with a project notary, and the amount of the notary by the seller must be paid, Mr. Rick wanted me to pay these costs myself €2500 euro, while the notary fees normally do not exceed €1000 euro. The property needs major renovation immediately (with more than €35,000 in costs for kitchen, floor, bathroom, plasterwork and many more repairs, excluding the costs for the central heating boiler). Mr. Perk seemed to think he could manipulate and swindle me as a foreign buyer into agreeing to an excessively high price of €132,500 plus €15,000 for a parking space. After I accidentally discovered the limitations and lowered my offer to €115,000 euro (excluding parking costs €15000 euro), my offer was rejected without good reason after a week with the argument that the owner no longer wanted to sell the property because I had withdrawn my previous offer of €132,500. This feels to me like a choice between fraud or not selling the property. This realtor is unreliable. I advise everyone to be very careful when dealing with him and always have an independent structural survey carried out before proceeding.

You fail to mention that you left the property damaged, always washed your dog in the communal shower, did not return all keys, we had to have everything cleaned, and we had to have all of your belongings removed (inside and outside). The security deposit (€350,-) was far from sufficient to cover the costs incurred by us. It is also unfortunate that you are trying to portray me/us in a negative light in this way! 01 Oct 2024What a bad realtor. During the viewing, we were already misled that there was a bidding process. This is completely untrue. In addition, the advertisement for the house is not correct. A very large piece of land was missing, which had been photographed and indicated. The local realtor didn't know much and couldn't give us answers to questions. In short, definitely not recommended

01 Oct 2024Very satisfied with the entire process. Bas kept all his appointments. He helped us tremendously, gave consistently good advice, and was also very correct and helpful towards the buyers. For our house we received a good price, the photos, the prospect and the signs for the house were very beautiful, and the purchase agreement was well put together. On the search sites we were very easy to find both in the Netherlands and Germany. It looked attractive and immediately attracted buyers. And because they were real photos and videos, potential buyers were also very enthusiastic during the viewings of our house. Bas is very friendly, helpful but above all very skilled. As transparent as he is and not afraid to call a spade a spade towards all parties, he prevented problems during the sale in advance; not in an annoying way, and yet with all due respect. But no one can claim that things were not said as they were, or that anything was concealed. Therefore we are happy to give Bas and his wife Ilona 5 stars, because they deserve it: truly recommended!

En we waren ook nog eens vanuit Tilburg naar Roermond gekomen om dit appartement te bekijken. Ze zijn echt onbetrouwbaar. Denk er niet eens aan om een huis te kopen, verkopen of huren van zo'n makelaar die zijn woord voor een simpele afspraak niet nakomt.
