De communicatie was over het algemeen helder en de makelaar deed zijn best om bezichtigingen te regelen en contact met ons op te nemen terwijl we in het Verenigd Koninkrijk waren. TERRIBLE BROKER! He has had our detached house for sale for 1 year and couldn't sell it, after which we switched to a larger broker who quickly sold the house. 6 weeks later, Dees Tacken from Dijkstra Woningadvies called, saying he would claim the full brokerage fee of € 5000. Warnings, civil proceedings and a visit from a collection agency followed.,the bill had meanwhile risen to € 5575 including collection costs. All of this was very threatening and intimidating. We involved the dispute resolution committee and after a long time of waiting and stress and € 2000 in legal fees later, the binding ruling came and we were proven right. We had won. Warning, this broker only thinks about himself and certainly not about the consumer.
