Today we had an appointment for a viewing. We were supposed to meet at 7:30 PM, but nobody showed up to show the apartment. Email sent to make an appointment for a viewing. Since I heard nothing, I called, and on the phone I was told that they had tried to call me. This was an absolute lie. When I still wanted to make an appointment, the answer was we are full. Unreliable as a real estate agent.

You respond to an apartment they are renting and literally get a form to fill out the next day. After that, nothing heard, several emails sent, no response. Called very often, constant voicemail. I find this ridiculous for people who are really seriously looking and need something and aren't responded to. I haven't heard anything for 3 weeks.

Malicious dealings... You just know that no fair game is being played but you can never prove anything. They also don't inform buyers about defects/bad history of a property. Don't go to this realtor!

Attempted to make repeated contact by phone, every time directly to voicemail. The only thing the broker adhered to was sending an application form. For the rest, we have heard nothing more and no further contact has been made. A bad situation.
