17 Jun 2024Je reageert op een appartement dat ze verhuren krijg letterlijk dag erna een formulier dat ik kan invullen. Daarna nooit meer wat gehoord paar mails nog gestuurd geen reactie. Heel vaak gebeld constant voicemail. Ik vind dit belachelijk voor de mensen die echt serieus opzoek zijn en iets nodig hebben en er niet op gereageerd word. heb al 3 weken niks gehoord

17 Apr 2024Gereageerd op een huurwoning, kreeg nog vrijwel dezelfde dag het verzoek het inschrijf formulier in te vullen en dan zou er waarschijnlijk dezelfde week nog een bezichtiging volgen, dit gedaan. Hierna niks meer gehoord. Nogmaals gemaild en kreeg te horen dat er nog contact met mij zou worden opgenomen. Inmiddels, dik 2 weken verder nog steeds niks gehoord. Meerdere malen gebeld, maar wordt niet opgenomen. Jammer..

Zodra wij het formulier met de eigenaar hebben besproken dan nemen wij inderdaad opnieuw contact met u op. Helaas duurt dit iets langer dan u en wij graag zouden zien. 17 Apr 2021Deze makelaar in de hand genomen om mijn ouderlijk huis te verkopen. Een lokale makelaar met verstand van zaken. Hij heeft de woning met een mooie presentatie in de markt gezet en heeft veel extra advertenties geplaatst. Resultaat tientallen bezichtigingen en de woning snel verkocht voor een hele goede prijs. Een echte aanrader voor iedereen die zijn huis wilt verkopen!!!

My own house hunt quickly felt like a hopeless mission, but one phone call to Tom van Houtem and everything immediately accelerated! Clear and transparent explanation of the plan of approach. Cooperative, advising and immediately takes action. What you can expect is smooth, concise, and above all effective communication. Both during and outside office hours. This not only gives you confidence in the process as a client, but also the feeling that someone is truly involved and you are certainly not left alone anymore. In my case, a very short but powerful procedure, which has left me with both a personal and professional impression. Absolutely recommendable! Should it ever come to pass in the future that I want to sell, I at least now know who I will contact first again! Curious whether the champagne will once again beat the coffee. For now, however, many thanks again Dichtbij Vastgoed!

03 Jan 2025I came across Tom as a selling agent. Well, that was a breath of fresh air compared to all the other agents on the market. As a starter, it's very difficult in this overheated housing market, and the bidding procedures that most (larger) agents use make that even more difficult, because you are outbidding yourself. Tom, however, was about the personal approach: Do you like the house? Make an offer, and I will present that to the seller, and if the seller thinks it's a good offer, there is price agreement; no back and forth or waiting for others to bid higher afterwards. Also in the contact after the price agreement, Tom is very correct, clear and easily accessible. All in all, a pleasant experience amidst a crazy market.

03 Nov 2024After the decision to sell our house, the question arose as to which real estate agent we wanted to go through this process with. Fortunately, my niece had just bought a house and during the many viewings, she had seen several agents at work. Tom van Houtem of Dichtbij Vastgoed stood out above the others, in her opinion, head and shoulders above the rest. As a buyer, she found him expert and involved; he was easily accessible for questions (even after the viewing via telephone and email), and his enthusiasm and expertise were highly valued. This was exactly what we were looking for in a selling agent. We ultimately sat down with three selling agents and Tom stood out for us as well, head and shoulders above the rest. And he lived up to it! Two weeks after our conversation, our house was already on Funda and not much later it was sold. He was always ready for us but also takes every potential buyer seriously and takes time for them. He introduced us to the buyers (after we had accepted the offer), so that it became more than just a sale of real estate but also a connection between people. This felt like a warm bath to us. We would not have wanted to enter into this process with anyone else than Tom, an enthusiastic people-person instead of a suit-and-tie agent. All praise for Tom van Dichtbij Vastgoed!

Comes with a clear plan of action and does not build castles in the air.
