09 Jul 2024You respond to an apartment they are renting and literally get a form to fill out the next day. After that, nothing heard, several emails sent, no response. Called very often, constant voicemail. I find this ridiculous for people who are really seriously looking and need something and aren't responded to. I haven't heard anything for 3 weeks.

09 Jun 2024Responded to a rental property, received the request to fill out the registration form almost the same day and that a viewing would probably follow the same week, which I did. Afterwards, nothing more heard. Emailed again and was told that they would still contact me. Meanwhile, over 2 weeks have passed and still nothing heard. Called several times, but the calls are not answered. A pity.

He put the property on the market with a beautiful presentation and placed many extra advertisements. Result: dozens of viewings and the house sold quickly for a very good price. 02 Jun 2025We had asked Tom for an appraisal of our home. Tom gives open and honest advice with a personal approach. He has a good understanding of things and knows how to assess the property's value correctly. Tom comes across as enthusiastic and communicates pleasantly. A breath of fresh air compared to real estate agents from other (large) agencies we had. There you are customer number . They deliver no more than assembly line work with a universal view. They release a formula without looking at the surroundings, location, etc. Everything is focused on selling as quickly as possible and moving on to the next client. That is different with Tom. He takes all the time for his clients and does that extra bit that others leave behind. We can only wholeheartedly recommend Tom!!

Almost hitting the mark with the first house, but for the second, Tom had arranged it on the day of the viewing and also quite a bit below the asking price!! Cooperative, advising and immediately takes action. What you can expect is smooth, concise, and above all effective communication. Both during and outside office hours. This not only gives you confidence in the process as a client, but also the feeling that someone is truly involved and you are certainly not left alone anymore. In my case, a very short but powerful procedure, which has left me with both a personal and professional impression. Absolutely recommendable! Should it ever come to pass in the future that I want to sell, I at least now know who I will contact first again! Curious whether the champagne will once again beat the coffee. 07 Jul 2025I had two viewings with real estate agent Saïd. The first property (studio) I immediately rejected because it didn't align with my housing wishes. For the second property (small apartment), I made an offer of €150,000 euro without a mortgage, which was in proportion to the condition of the property that has been for sale for 6 months— as a lot needs to be renovated directly, including the kitchen, bathroom, floor, central heating boiler and the toilet. The small apartment is not worth more than €130,000 euro; he had estimated it at €179,000 euro for a pile of an apartment where everything needs to be renovated immediately. This type of dishonest real estate agents inflate the market value of the properties very much with their false estimate value. During the viewing, I noticed that the realtor arrived 15 minutes later than the agreed appointment. He was rushed and unfriendly. He didn't take the time to show all rooms calmly, and the storage room wasn’t shown at all. When he knew about my financial situation after selling my previous home, his attitude seemed to change. He indicated that he “wanted everything €160,000 euro”, in other words: he tried to put pressure on me to make a higher bid, solely to earn more himself as he stated. His behavior gave me the feeling that he would block the sale if I didn’t meet his expectations. He thought I was a stupid woman so he could easily manipulate me. I found this way of working anything but professional. As a buyer you want to be taken seriously and treated fairly — that wasn't the case here. My experience with this realtor was very disappointing and I cannot recommend him. I am glad it didn’t go through.

Dear Madam, you are disappointed and angry because the seller does not want to accept your offer. There is not much I can do as a real estate agent regarding this. Your total budget is 150,000 euros. A seller decides whether or not they agree with an offer, not the real estate agent. I called you at 12:55 pm to let you know I was 5 minutes late. You indicated that this was no problem. I showed you 2 apartments on Saturday. This seems like a reasonable service to me. We work with a fixed amount for homes up to 295,000 euros. Both apartments are below that price range so I cannot earn more or less regardless of your offer. You send messages stating that a kitchen costs 8000 euro in Germany. Once my keys broke (yes, I have that kind of luck), and without hesitation Said took on the responsibility to personally resolve the issue, which saved me a lot of stress. No hassle, no eye-rolling – just pure landlord magic. There were also moments when he offered a helping hand when it wasn't necessary, which only proves that he is one of those rare finds in the rental world. And they also have that incredible ability to respect your privacy and at the same time be approachable. It’s as if they have an invisible tenant radar – always around when you need them, but never around. The property was always in good condition, communication flowed effortlessly, and the whole experience made renting a breeze. If I weren't moving, I would still happily stay there. 18 Jul 2025My experience with real estate agent Rick Perk during the viewing of the studio apartment at Wannerplein 44 in Heerlen was very disappointing. During the viewing and the purchasing process, Mr. Perk knowingly and deliberately concealed serious defects in the property. For example, I wasn't told that the current old central heating boiler cannot be connected to an HR boiler at all and that the entire installation must be replaced, which entails a cost of approximately €20,000. When I asked to have a structural survey carried out, this real estate agent refused to allow it with the story that it was not necessary. He tried to keep this serious limitation hidden for the sale. Also, the necessary VVE (Homeowners Association) and sales documents were deliberately not provided, despite repeated requests from my side, so that this limitation is not made known through the minutes of the residents. In addition, he himself spontaneously determined an amount of €15,000 for the parking garage and refused to show proof showing that the parking garage is being sold for this amount. It is obvious that the amount of the parking garage is much lower than his amount; when I requested the documents from the VVE and from the parking garage, he got into trouble and decided to reject my offer so that his fraud remains hidden from me. The studio apartment is sold with a project notary, and the amount of the notary by the seller must be paid, Mr. Rick wanted me to pay these costs myself €2500 euro. The property needs to be heavily renovated immediately (with more than €35,000 in costs for kitchen, floor, bathroom, plasterwork and many more repairs, excluding the cost of the central heating boiler). Mr. Perk seemed to think he could manipulate and swindle me as a foreign buyer into agreeing to an excessively high price of €132,500 plus €15,000 for a parking space. After I accidentally discovered the limitations and lowered my offer to €115,000 euro (excluding parking costs €15,000 euro), my offer was rejected without good reason after a week with the argument that the owner no longer wanted to sell the property because I had withdrawn my previous offer of €132,500. This feels to me like a choice between fraud or not selling the property. This real estate agent is unreliable. I advise everyone to be very careful when dealing with him and always have an independent structural survey carried out before proceeding.

29 May 2025We bought a house through this real estate agent. He didn't take time for us, during the viewing he was just on the phone. It was very difficult to get in contact with this real estate agent. Afterwards we had contact with the seller of the property and it turned out that the real estate agent had lied about things. And the seller had already accepted earlier offers and the real estate agent hadn't done anything about it, still waiting for higher bids. Unfortunately only looking for commission instead of helping people with a house. Luckily we had a relaxed seller, with whom we could arrange things ourselves. Absolutely not recommended this man! 1 star is still too much unfortunately. A warned person counts for 2.
