Very satisfied with the entire process. Bas kept all his appointments. He helped us tremendously, gave consistently good advice, and was also very correct and helpful towards the buyers. For our house we received a good price, the photos, the prospect and the signs for the house were very beautiful, and the purchase agreement was well put together. On the search sites we were very easy to find both in the Netherlands and Germany. It looked attractive and immediately attracted buyers. And because they were real photos and videos, potential buyers were also very enthusiastic during the viewings of our house. Bas is very friendly, helpful but above all very skilled. As transparent as he is and not afraid to call a spade a spade towards all parties, he prevented problems during the sale in advance; not in an annoying way, and yet with all due respect. But no one can claim that things were not said as they were, or that anything was concealed. Therefore we are happy to give Bas and his wife Ilona 5 stars, because they deserve it: truly recommended!

What a bad realtor. During the viewing, we were already misled that there was a bidding process. This is completely untrue. In addition, the advertisement for the house is not correct. A very large piece of land was missing, which had been photographed and indicated. The local realtor didn't know much and couldn't give us answers to questions. In short, definitely not recommended

Twice he has failed to keep the appointments. After I indicated that I wanted to buy a house and agreements were made about it, he entered into an agreement with another buyer without any communication. Unheard of practices! Very bad! This is not about being outbid or just missing out on the bidding process. It's about concrete agreements we made that are not being kept! Not about a difficult housing market.

Ik begrijp uit uw reactie dat u teleurgesteld bent doordat u een woning bent misgelopen en dat vind ik vervelend. Ik kan me voorstellen dat dit wellicht vaker in deze markt voorkomt en het tot frustratie leidt. Het is ook een erg moeilijke markt voor kopers. In de huidige markt is zeer veel vraag naar woningen en weinig aanbod. Dit betekent dat de meeste woningen worden verkocht boven de vraagprijs. Wij proberen dit altijd zorgvuldig en transparant te doen waarbij zowel de koper als verkoper weten waar zij aan toe zijn. Na afloop van een biedingsproces leggen we ook uit waarom gekozen is voor de koper. Dit betekent dat we ook veel mensen op dit moment moeten teleurstellen. Bij de verkoop van een woning kiest de verkoper aan wie de woning wordt gegund. Ik stuur alle biedingen die binnenkomen dan ook daar mijn opdrachtgever. Mocht u onverhoopt geen respons hebben ontvangen, dan staat het u altijd vrij om even na te bellen of een bieding in goede orde is ontvangen. Ik heb geen idee wie u bent, maar ik kan nergens in mijn stukken een bieding vinden waarop akkoord is gegeven door de verkoper en vervolgens niet de klap met de hamer op is gegeven oftewel de koopovereenkomst is opgemaakt. Dit is ook niet onze werkwijze en onze klanten weten dat.

Bas was connected as a sales broker to the property that I bought this year. Unfortunately, the process surrounding the financing of the property was a difficult process with many setbacks. Bas greatly helped me as a potential buyer of the property by thinking along about the possibilities and ensuring the communication towards the seller went as smoothly as possible. Despite the fact that another buyer for the property could potentially have been found on very short notice, Bas maintained confidence in a positive outcome. Due to this attitude, he was able to convince the seller to give me the time I needed to get everything sorted out. This ultimately succeeded.

As a buyer of a house offered through Haus en Huis with some setbacks in processing the mortgage, they handled the situation very leniently and understandingly. There was very good mutual contact regarding the claims and unfortunately also a number of delays. I am very happy with the house and do not plan to move again but if that were to happen then I would definitely choose this real estate agent.
