Helaas toen er een potentiële koper kwam en er een voorlopig koopcontract opgesteld werd werden er veel fouten gemaakt.(verkeerde postcodes, geboortedatums ) door makelaar nr 3. Erg Jammer. Daarbij verkochten wij met Tweeën het huis (gescheiden) en er werd maar steeds 1 iemand benaderd.

Furthermore, appointments were made between the owner of the property and OPS behind my back, without informing me. These appointments were also made while this is prohibited by law. Agreements that I made WITH OPS during the key handover of my old apartment are not being honored. Terrible communication, appointments are not kept or are made in a way that is legally questionable. No transparency.. and I have been ignored for days/weeks.

Spotted a beautiful property on Funda that is still available. Called the real estate agent OPS (van Oppen) this morning to express my interest. I was immediately told that a viewing is no longer possible. I can understand this if a definitive offer has been accepted or even if a purchase agreement has already been signed. However, the employee informed me that negotiations are only ongoing with multiple interested parties. There is therefore not yet any agreement. Once again expressed my serious interest and indicated that I also want to participate as an interested party. Who knows, this might ultimately lead to the highest bid. However, this appears not to be possible with this real estate agent. I could only leave my tel.nr. and name in case they don't reach an agreement with the others. I find this a strange situation and if I were the selling party, I certainly would not be happy if interested parties are turned away before a definitive agreement with a buyer is reached.
