31 Jan 2026Binnen slechts twee maanden was alles geregeld en de verhuizing naar ons nieuwe huis was voltooid. Tijdens onze zoektocht was het eerste huis dat ons opviel al snel verkocht, dus we zijn verder gaan kijken naar andere opties. Na slechts twee bezichtigingen kwam datzelfde huis plotseling weer beschikbaar – en het stond te koop via Reuvers. We hebben direct een bezichtiging ingepland en vanaf het moment dat we binnenstapten, voelde het goed. Maarten leidde ons met oprechte aandacht en helderheid door het huis. In vergelijking met andere bezichtigingen was hij de enige die zich niet alleen op de verkoper en het huis richtte, maar ook echt rekening hield met het perspectief van de koper. De manier waarop hij het huis presenteerde, maakte de beslissing vanzelfsprekend. We hebben direct een bod uitgebracht en kort daarna belde Maarten ons om te laten weten dat het bod was geaccepteerd. Het hele proces verliep snel – binnen twee weken was het huis officieel verkocht. De communicatie verliep soepel en Maarten reageerde altijd snel op vragen en verzoeken. We voelden ons van begin tot eind goed ondersteund. Hartelijk dank, Reuvers Makelaars – in het bijzonder Maarten – voor de geweldige service.

But it's still being handled by hendriks. The worst thing is that my ex didn't even take the house out of sale, but his mother! Practices that really can't be carried out here.

07 Nov 2025I contacted Hermans Makelaars about a shop premises that interested me. Initially, I was asked to look up and submit various pieces of information myself, which I did neatly. In the end, I never heard from them again. No follow-up, no clarity, no professional handling. For a real estate agent who claims to find personal contact and guidance important, this was truly disappointing. As an entrepreneur, I at least expect a decent response—especially if I myself take the initiative and provide all the requested information.

Vanaf het eerste moment sprong zij eruit door haar vriendelijkheid, maar vooral door haar originele aanpak, professionaliteit en de passie die zij uitstraalt voor haar vak. Voor ons was het dan ook vanzelfsprekend dat er maar één makelaar in aanmerking kwam voor de verkoop van ons huis in Reuver: Inge Pelsers. Ook dit traject heeft zij op haar eigen, zeer prettige en professionele manier begeleid. Inge weet als geen ander hoe je een woning op een pakkende en originele manier presenteert en beschikt bovendien over een groot en actief klantenbestand van woningzoekenden in onze regio. Binnen zeer korte tijd was ons huis verkocht, wat voor ons extra fijn was in verband met onze aanstaande emigratie naar Spanje. Dat gaf ons veel rust en vertrouwen. 24 Jul 2025We engaged Inge Pelsers to help with the sale of my childhood home. This was shortly after my father’s passing, and we had a lot of matters that needed to be handled. The initial contact was such that we had no doubts about Inge. The house appeared on her Facebook page within days. Inge Pelsers organized the entire process,… photographer… someone for the environmental label, the house was sold within a week using a very pleasant transparent bidding method. Even after the deal was finalized, communication continued in a correct and pleasant manner. Now the property has been transferred, and we wish the new, very young buyer much success and enjoyment with his new home/house. Buying or selling your house is particularly important to you,... something Inge Pelsers understands.
