What a great help we had from vind makelaardij. We were well helped and guided in the purchase of our new house. This had to be done at a rapid pace. Thanks to your efforts, everything was arranged so incredibly quickly that we didn't have to worry about it. When selling our house, vind makelaardij gave us tactics to deal with it properly. We could think about this. Our house sold very quickly; it was nice that they only had a few days regarding viewings so you didn't have to show the house very often. They also arranged that if one broker couldn’t, the other could. Really very nice. That things could always continue like this. Regarding the experience, I can only say good things. But regarding the support and especially the communication, there is still room for improvement. The communication didn't really go super from start to finish. For example, sometimes not calling back (after repeatedly having called). Forgetting to mention that a viewing was scheduled. All in all, it went difficult.

I didn't feel that I was the focus as a customer. Many sloppy mistakes in the draft brochure and the transfer date was agreed with the buyer instead of me as the seller. Selling a house is not something you do often. I would think carefully about who is allowed to do it.

Contacted Hoof's office after I myself submitted a mortgage application with a provider. Contacted for certainty and discussed the possibilities. If I had known all the things you need to consider and the options he offers, I would have arranged everything through Hans. Incidentally, my choice of mortgage lender and conditions turned out to be very good. In short, highly recommended!

I know Hans as a very social and friendly man with a good sense of humor! Hans helped us greatly with the recent purchase of our house. As our purchasing agent, he negotiated very well which ultimately led to the purchase of our unique spot. As a financial advisor, he took plenty of time to thoroughly investigate everything multiple times and to offer the most advantageous package. Hans is a highly motivated person with a passion for his profession and a very customer-friendly attitude in the broadest sense of the word. It was never a problem for Hans to guide us through the entire purchasing process outside of his office hours and even during his vacation! Thank you Hans for all your help!
