Binnen een mum van tijd was er serieuze belangstelling en werd de koop gesloten tegen een, in onze ogen, reële marktwaarde. Tijdens dit proces was de communicatie erg goed en ook werd er door de makelaar goed ingeschat wie de serieuze kandidaat koper was. Hierdoor werd het voor ons een stuk eenvoudiger een besluit te nemen.

23 Jul 2025Now for the 2nd time within a short period of time we have done business with Stefan from real estate agency Vrijdag & De Bekker. The first step is to reach a good advice on the selling price. This must be realistic and not deter potential buyers. But also the interests of the selling party are of great importance here. How great was our surprise that there was almost a difference of 2 tons (lower, therefore) between the different advices of the real estate agents. Stefan was closest to our price idea and his commission is very attractive as well. The choice was quickly made and we went into business with Stefan from Vrijdag & De Bekker. The viewings followed very quickly after publication on Funda and within 2 weeks there was an offer that we could live with. Also the handling afterwards was processed quickly and professionally. Stefan and other members of the team Vrijdag & De Bekker, thank you very much for your efforts and I would definitely do a 3rd time business with you.

VIND proactively contacted us when a place became available in a CPO project (after we were not selected for Heldersveld phase 1). As a result, we are now building our dream house. In addition, Noa took plenty of time to show us several homes before we made the final choice for the CPO project. Thanks to your efforts, everything was arranged so incredibly quickly that we didn't have to worry about it. When selling our house, vind makelaardij gave us tactics to deal with it properly. We could think about this. Our house sold very quickly; it was nice that they only had a few days regarding viewings so you didn't have to show the house very often. They also arranged that if one broker couldn’t, the other could. Really very nice. That things could always continue like this. Vind How well you organized and arranged everything, we are very happy with your help and that’s how we had just a little more peace. Thanks again.

The communication didn't really go super from start to finish. For example, sometimes not calling back (after repeatedly having called). Forgetting to mention that a viewing was scheduled. All in all, it went difficult.

This too was quickly and well resolved. The buyer of our house also stated that the real estate agent took plenty of time during the viewing, which they had experienced differently before.
