Date unknownAdditional sales in 2025: Also chosen for the sale of the house for Disbergen. Again, I am very satisfied with the knowledge and expertise that this office has. When it seemed like things were going to go wrong with the selected buyer, forward-thinking was applied in follow-up steps, I received explanations regarding the legal rules and regular updates on the status of affairs. The entire office is familiar with the matters and can keep you informed. It was a pleasant collaboration with good results! (Purchase 2021) Very well assisted in purchasing my first home. Marcel provided expert guidance during viewings and the entire purchase process, quick responses when I had questions, had short lines of communication with selling agents or with the internal mortgage advisor. In addition, the value of the house was estimated very sharply, equal to the value of the appraiser! I experienced a very pleasant collaboration!

Date unknownI cannot recommend this real estate agent as a buyer's agent, unfortunately. For the high cost price, you can hope that they will respond to a simple question such as when you pay them (separately or at the notary), however, I would have to ask the notary that. When I asked if they had reviewed the purchase agreement, they reacted dismissively because it was just a standard contract and didn't need to be read. However, there were several non-standard extra sections. Many recommended third parties such as notary, building inspection, and appraisal were poorly regarded and not worth recommending overall. Overall, I don’t feel like I was well supported in buying my house and I am of the opinion that the costs have not been balanced with the services provided. I will avoid this real estate agent in the future. Edit 26-09-2024: Response to Rob from Disbergen: This is certainly not a misunderstanding but happened some years ago. I submitted a long complaint email at the time. It was then forwarded to the relevant real estate agent and nothing further was done about it. Given that I still find this unpleasant and you didn’t do anything about it back then, even though there was an opportunity, I am now posting this review to warn others. As confirmation that it is the correct office, the involved realtor was Marcel T.

Date unknownHe would have certainly presented and expected a better service from this so-called 'NVM agent' (Bob). Not even a brochure was made for the sale. In short, he wasn't worth his commission at all. He also called the bank behind my back. I regret it more than anything that I gave him the assignment. Or we might just as well have signed the cross at the service order right away. As a client, I had absolutely nothing to say or contribute. His will was during the entire buying - selling process! He actually didn't want to cooperate with the open house day, only under pressure. That's why it was doomed to fail from the start. With that so-called evaluation meeting after the open house day, he just accepted it for knowledge, while my apartment could have been sold long ago if he had only done his best for that! He even dared to say / claim at the end that the offer made on my apartment was simply too high, while there is a large housing note. He also clearly showed that he wasn't actually interested in the assignment! In short, it was really no pleasant cooperation, quite the opposite!

Date unknownAfter having bought and sold 2 houses with the help of a real estate agent, I can say that I have gained considerable experience with this professional group. When I was tasked with selling my stepmother's house, I became wiser (and after some research) invited 3 real estate agents on one day. The lesson I learned is this: don't choose the real estate agent you get along best with (or the one with a low commission), but the real estate agent who gets along well with the house. For example, to my question that day about whether the beautiful parquet flooring on all floors could be 'thrown into the battle', I received the standard answer that the spoiled generation of today would break it out immediately. One more real estate agent to go, I no longer felt like it. Then Bob walked in. Without me having asked anything, he indicated that after sanding and white-staining the beautiful parquet flooring, this would certainly increase the market value. And so it went enthusiastically on with all sorts of creative and useful suggestions (in this case, empty the entire house: looks much more modern and less dark). He turned out to be able to listen (!) and skilled. As the only real estate agent, he also wanted to see the garages at the end. And that Bob Jacobs is a damn fine guy is irrelevant in the context of this review. What applied to Bob seemed to apply to the entire Soeteman office (Susanne thanks for all the nice dots on the i's). The house and the 5 garages never saw Funda. Within no time, everything was sold without any negotiation whatsoever, through the strong network and skills of Soeteman real estate agency, at the ambitious asking price that I had determined in the “pre-Funda” process. Bob and the office chapeau, there is only one king in Nijmegen and surrounding areas, and that is Soeteman Real Estate!

No lengthy hassle, no unnecessary conversations, to the point, quick responses, good tips, no interference, no know-it-alls but expert and honest (even when they're not entirely sure). Because the service and guidance were to the point, I didn't even notice how efficient it was (you only realize that afterwards). With the price for their work, they came up with a good fair proposal immediately (which other brokers absolutely did not (what arrogance among some competitors)…
