The approach is cold, distant, and purely business-like – without any empathy or involvement. While buying or selling a home is precisely a moment where personal attention makes the difference. Date unknownExperience with it as a selling party. I wonder if that's how things are everywhere these days. - listing the house low in the market so that it can be sold as quickly as possible. If it hadn't been for my input, the property would have been listed 5% lower. They don't seem to really be working for you, but rather appear to want to get through things as quickly as possible to close the transaction. I never once felt that they wanted to fight for the best price for the house. You might expect that a party, for that amount of money, would do more than conduct a few viewings over 1 or 2 weeks. - high % - The focus was on selling the property quickly because Mr. de Ven had planned a vacation. This was shamelessly presented as strategy. - After the sale, they called again to express interest in a type of object, but if there's nothing immediately available, you don't hear from them anymore. By chance, we later discovered on Funda that they had exactly what we were looking for for sale. A friendly laugh and a nice exterior, but this party, in my opinion, leaves humanity aside during these candy times in the real estate world. Maybe I’m hopelessly naive about what you can expect from real estate agents, it could also be.

06 May 2025Mr. van den Bergh responded appropriately to messages and informed us about the progress. The market, however, reacted differently to the property and asking price than expected. We did wonder whether the real estate agent can also take initiative towards potential buyers (e.g., approaching hesitant ones with another card) instead of leaving the initiative with the potential buyer for yet another viewing. This certainly applies especially if things are not going so well with viewings.

18 Mar 2025We would buy a house at millseweg 5 beers. We have been strung along for over a month by the real estate agent and sellers. First, the offer was verbally accepted, and now we are being strung along again because they have scheduled new showings at the end of the month and hope that someone will bid more than our ....asking price. We contacted the realtor ourselves; if we hadn't, we wouldn't have heard anything from them. This is an unsocial way of doing business. We find it scandalous that the real estate agent goes along with this with the selling party. Regards
