The sale of my childhood home went smoothly. The real estate agent was very well prepared during the valuation. We were guided nicely and kept continuously informed. We bought our first house together through Raadhage Makelaardij. Unfortunately for us, the seller of our new house and her partner adhered to different manners/norms and values than us and the team at Raadhage Makelaardij. This resulted in a very unpleasant atmosphere where we were verbally attacked on multiple occasions by the seller's partner. Fortunately, the seller’s agent, Bart van Nuenen, 'mediated' here and mainly hoped that we would overlook many issues. We are extremely disappointed that this has to be our first experience of buying a house.

We even asked a quite reasonable price for an apartment on the advice of the real estate agent because there would then be many overbids, but unfortunately that didn't happen. Here, the real estate agent also did not take this into account.

The expectation that there would be significantly higher bids has not been met by the market in this case. However, we did not know this beforehand either. It is wonderful that this beautiful apartment will once again become a nice place for a new resident.
