We even asked a quite reasonable price for an apartment on the advice of the real estate agent because there would then be many overbids, but unfortunately that didn't happen. Heartfelt thanks for the feedback, we have reviewed this further with you by phone. There was sufficient interest with 17 viewings and the apartment also sold above the asking price. The expectation that there would be significantly higher bids has not been met by the market in this case. However, we did not know this beforehand either. It is wonderful that this beautiful apartment will once again become a nice place for a new resident.
