Marcel gave sharp, good advice and could quickly switch gears when needed. He was easily accessible and came up with many useful tips for renovation and DIY projects. Moreover, he kept us grounded when we almost wanted to buy something in a neighborhood that wasn't really suitable for us. We are very happy about that! In the office, Nathalie was always accessible, helpful, and very friendly. No question was too much, and we always received quick and clear answers. In short: super happy with how everything went. The house was sold to a friend of the realtor and resold with a significant profit. These people engage in fraudulent practices.
