First, the offer was verbally accepted, and now we are being strung along again because they have scheduled new showings at the end of the month and hope that someone will bid more than our ....asking price. We contacted the realtor ourselves; if we hadn't, we wouldn't have heard anything from them. This is an unsocial way of doing business. We find it scandalous that the real estate agent goes along with this with the selling party. Regards

13 Jun 2021I just got acquainted with Etiënne, what an incredibly nice realtor. Driven, honest and straightforward. As far as I'm concerned, highly recommended! I am reading below that someone writes that HappyHome is an 'unofficial' realtor. Well, then I have news, these do not exist. Realtor is a free profession. The only difference between an 'affiliated' realtor and a 'free' realtor is the price. Take advantage of that, it can make a huge difference!
