First, the offer was verbally accepted, and now we are being strung along again because they have scheduled new showings at the end of the month and hope that someone will bid more than our ....asking price. We contacted the realtor ourselves; if we hadn't, we wouldn't have heard anything from them. This is an unsocial way of doing business. We find it scandalous that the real estate agent goes along with this with the selling party. Regards

Good information/instructions throughout the sales process and for use of the online environment. Clear agreements about viewings. Nice guidance during the final process (purchase contract, notary, contact with buyer). Excellent real estate agent even if you are a seller living at a distance.
