Thanks to your efforts, everything was arranged so incredibly quickly that we didn't have to worry about it. When selling our house, vind makelaardij gave us tactics to deal with it properly. We could think about this. Our house sold very quickly; it was nice that they only had a few days regarding viewings so you didn't have to show the house very often. They also arranged that if one broker couldn’t, the other could. Really very nice. That things could always continue like this. The communication didn't really go super from start to finish. For example, sometimes not calling back (after repeatedly having called). Forgetting to mention that a viewing was scheduled. All in all, it went difficult.

11 May 2025Buying a house isn't something you do every day... so it's nice to have someone by your side who knows what they're doing. With Rob van Disbergen Makelaardij, we were completely fine. Marcel gave sharp, good advice and could quickly switch gears when needed. He was easily accessible and came up with many useful tips for renovation and DIY projects. Moreover, he kept us grounded when we almost wanted to buy something in a neighborhood that wasn't really suitable for us. We are very happy about that! In the office, Nathalie was always accessible, helpful, and very friendly. No question was too much, and we always received quick and clear answers. In short: super happy with how everything went. If we ever do this again (hopefully not), we know where to go!

The house was sold to a friend of the realtor and resold with a significant profit. These people engage in fraudulent practices.
