The team is involved and reliable and really thinks with you throughout the entire sales process. What was extra special for us is that they were willing to go the extra mile: even during the holidays — while the office was officially closed — they were available for us and helped us with various matters. That says a lot about their involvement and service orientation. Within 2 to 3 weeks after registration, our home was already online. In the same week, four viewing appointments were scheduled and the following week we already received the offers. The entire process went smoothly, professionally and pleasant. In short: a real estate agent who does what he promises and gives that little extra bit. Absolutely recommended!

30 Oct 2025Jef has helped and advised us from start to finish regarding obtaining a mortgage. Unfortunately, some things went wrong at the bank and SVn that should have gone smoothly the first time around, which ultimately made it still exciting regarding the transfer date. We were also surprised that the notary charged double costs for the mortgage deed due to the starter loan that came into play. We would have appreciated being advised earlier that there might be additional notary costs when applying for a starter loan. Luckily, the result is what counts and that is now that we are very happy working on our first purchased house :).

VIND proactively contacted us when a place became available in a CPO project (after we were not selected for Heldersveld phase 1). As a result, we are now building our dream house. In addition, Noa took plenty of time to show us several homes before we made the final choice for the CPO project. The personal and committed advice from the very beginning gave us so much confidence that we also entrusted Noa with the sale of my then-home. Thanks to your efforts, everything was arranged so incredibly quickly that we didn't have to worry about it. When selling our house, vind makelaardij gave us tactics to deal with it properly. We could think about this. Our house sold very quickly; it was nice that they only had a few days regarding viewings so you didn't have to show the house very often. They also arranged that if one broker couldn’t, the other could. Really very nice. That things could always continue like this. 30 Dec 2024Regarding the experience, I can only say good things. But regarding the support and especially the communication, there is still room for improvement. The communication didn't really go super from start to finish. For example, sometimes not calling back (after repeatedly having called). Forgetting to mention that a viewing was scheduled. All in all, it went difficult.

06 Jan 2026It would have been nice if we had received clearer tips in advance regarding the handover of our sold house. We acted to the best of our knowledge, but apparently that was not sufficient. It has led to a very annoying handover. Legally speaking, the buyers had no standing with their sudden demands, but at the moment itself we were cornered. Smedema wanted nothing to do with our criticism. That the list of items from the office was incorrect on three (!) occasions, was extremely sloppy. It's a good thing that after this transaction we left the region. Smedema thinks highly of himself.

Thank you for sharing your experience. The described situation is now more than two years ago and we find it annoying that the handover at that time was experienced as unpleasant. After the transport, there was still extensive contact about the course of events and we assumed that the matter had been discussed and concluded. During the handover, we did our utmost, despite the difficult circumstances, to find solutions so that the transport could proceed. That was ultimately also successful. The choice not to be present at the inspection we respected at that time, although we strongly advise sellers to be present there to prevent such situations as much as possible. We have been committed to you as our customer throughout the entire process. That this was experienced differently by you, we regret. Feedback we take seriously and use it to further improve our service.

Heartfelt thanks for the feedback, we have reviewed this further with you by phone. There was sufficient interest with 17 viewings and the apartment also sold above the asking price. The expectation that there would be significantly higher bids has not been met by the market in this case. However, we did not know this beforehand either. It is wonderful that this beautiful apartment will once again become a nice place for a new resident.
