Date unknownAdditional sales in 2025: Also chosen for the sale of the house for Disbergen. Again, I am very satisfied with the knowledge and expertise that this office has. When it seemed like things were going to go wrong with the selected buyer, forward-thinking was applied in follow-up steps, I received explanations regarding the legal rules and regular updates on the status of affairs. The entire office is familiar with the matters and can keep you informed. It was a pleasant collaboration with good results! (Purchase 2021) Very well assisted in purchasing my first home. Marcel provided expert guidance during viewings and the entire purchase process, quick responses when I had questions, had short lines of communication with selling agents or with the internal mortgage advisor. In addition, the value of the house was estimated very sharply, equal to the value of the appraiser! I experienced a very pleasant collaboration!

Date unknownI cannot recommend this real estate agent as a buyer's agent, unfortunately. For the high cost price, you can hope that they will respond to a simple question such as when you pay them (separately or at the notary), however, I would have to ask the notary that. When I asked if they had reviewed the purchase agreement, they reacted dismissively because it was just a standard contract and didn't need to be read. However, there were several non-standard extra sections. Many recommended third parties such as notary, building inspection, and appraisal were poorly regarded and not worth recommending overall. Overall, I don’t feel like I was well supported in buying my house and I am of the opinion that the costs have not been balanced with the services provided. I will avoid this real estate agent in the future. Edit 26-09-2024: Response to Rob from Disbergen: This is certainly not a misunderstanding but happened some years ago. I submitted a long complaint email at the time. It was then forwarded to the relevant real estate agent and nothing further was done about it. Given that I still find this unpleasant and you didn’t do anything about it back then, even though there was an opportunity, I am now posting this review to warn others. As confirmation that it is the correct office, the involved realtor was Marcel T.

05 Oct 2025Jef has helped and advised us from start to finish regarding obtaining a mortgage. Unfortunately, some things went wrong at the bank and SVn that should have gone smoothly the first time around, which ultimately made it still exciting regarding the transfer date. We were also surprised that the notary charged double costs for the mortgage deed due to the starter loan that came into play. We would have appreciated being advised earlier that there might be additional notary costs when applying for a starter loan. Luckily, the result is what counts and that is now that we are very happy working on our first purchased house :).

VIND proactively contacted us when a place became available in a CPO project (after we were not selected for Heldersveld phase 1). As a result, we are now building our dream house. In addition, Noa took plenty of time to show us several homes before we made the final choice for the CPO project. Thanks to your efforts, everything was arranged so incredibly quickly that we didn't have to worry about it. When selling our house, vind makelaardij gave us tactics to deal with it properly. We could think about this. Our house sold very quickly; it was nice that they only had a few days regarding viewings so you didn't have to show the house very often. They also arranged that if one broker couldn’t, the other could. Really very nice. That things could always continue like this. The communication didn't really go super from start to finish. For example, sometimes not calling back (after repeatedly having called). Forgetting to mention that a viewing was scheduled. All in all, it went difficult.

We even asked a quite reasonable price for an apartment on the advice of the real estate agent because there would then be many overbids, but unfortunately that didn't happen. The expectation that there would be significantly higher bids has not been met by the market in this case. However, we did not know this beforehand either. It is wonderful that this beautiful apartment will once again become a nice place for a new resident.

23 Jun 2025People who follow me know that I rarely post a negative publication. But this really doesn't make sense at all. And what an unpleasant realtor we found this to be. During the viewing, luckily I had a contractor with me. When asking several questions, his answers turned out to be simply incorrect. Including those about strips on the wall and asbestos. Thanks to the contractor, we were warned and later investigation showed it was indeed asbestos, which we were allowed to remove ourselves. At handover, they told us with a broad smile that there had been leaks and that it wasn't wise to use the stove, but that it worked as required. And during the time between handover, absolutely no cooperation, because 'something could potentially break'. Well, nothing could have broken in this house. Every time I asked something, employees at Homan had to inquire whether it was allowed. So my advice: avoid this realtor! Remarkable detail: after posting this message, I immediately received a personal message stating that Mr. Homan would file charges for defamation and slander. And about muckraking. I am given until today to adjust the message: here it is done.
