Wat wij konden verwachten wat betreft de verkoopprijs en belangstelling van potentiele kopers kwam achter af keurig uit. Het contact met makelaar Roy Derks en met het kantoor was vriendelijk en punctueel. Wij zijn dik tevreden over verkoopprijs, snelheid van verkoop en het ontzorgen. Dus dan ook maar een tien.
