Jammer dat ik niet geen enkele ster kon geven, 1 ster was het laagste. Na bezoekmoment onbereikbaar, wel meenden ze dat als er vragen waren ze het GRAAG hoorden. Het was ook vermoedelijk de zaakvoerder zelf die dit beweerde. Na 6x bellen alsook x-aantal mails te sturen antwoorden ze heel kort en onvriendelijk. The contact always went very smoothly. Things are sometimes forgotten, but quickly picked up again after a phone call. Also, internal support staff don't always know from each other what has already been completed, which means you get called or emailed about the same thing again.

I did find it took quite a long time, before my house appeared on funda and the site of Intermakelaars, after I had asked Intermakelaars to start selling my house. The cause of that was the photo and film studio that needed to capture the house in images for the sites. Once that was ready, the sale proceeded very quickly and well.

We definitely recommend Interbrokers! A good sales plan has been set up, tailored to the property, with clear communication and agreements. Expert broker with extensive knowledge of the local market. The explanation and examples when signing the purchase agreement were clarifying and made this ‘tough piece of text’ clear and understandable. We have not experienced this before.
