quote requested for the sale of our house just where I have to think about costs a few times email traffic and telephone contact with Hans himself he indicated that he understood and would produce a quote he said he would put it through the letterbox a few days later still no quote another email sent I was called by Mr. Jetten whether I had nothing else to do we are giving you a price now and you have to deal with it I asked to do this via email, he says that's not possible, I tell him it to you now and then it’s done and breaks the connection I hope no one ever does business with this realtor again

We could think about this. Our house sold very quickly; it was nice that they only had a few days regarding viewings so you didn't have to show the house very often. Regarding the experience, I can only say good things. But regarding the support and especially the communication, there is still room for improvement. The communication didn't really go super from start to finish. For example, sometimes not calling back (after repeatedly having called). Forgetting to mention that a viewing was scheduled. All in all, it went difficult.
