06 Jan 2026Het was zo fijn geweest als we tevoren duidelijker tips hadden gekregen mbt de oplevering van onze verkochte woning. We hebben gehandeld naar beste weten, maar kennelijk was dat niet goed genoeg. Het heeft geleid tot een heel vervelende overdracht. Juridisch gezien hadden de kopers met hun plotselinge eisen geen poot om op te staan, maar op het moment zelf stonden we met de rug tegen de muur. Smedema wilde niets weten van onze kritiek. Dat de lijst van zaken vanuit het kantoor tot 3 keer (!) toe niet correct was, was uitermate slordig. Het is maar goed dat we na deze transactie zijn vertrokken uit de regio. Smedema vindt zichzelf geweldig.

Dank voor het delen van jullie ervaring. De beschreven situatie is nu meer dan twee jaar geleden en we vinden het vervelend dat de overdracht destijds als onprettig is ervaren. Na het transport is er nog uitgebreid contact geweest over de gang van zaken en waren wij in de veronderstelling dat de kwestie daarmee was besproken en afgerond. Tijdens de oplevering hebben wij ons, ondanks de lastige omstandigheden, maximaal ingespannen om tot oplossingen te komen zodat het transport doorgang kon vinden. Dat is uiteindelijk ook gelukt. De keuze om niet bij de inspectie aanwezig te zijn hebben wij destijds gerespecteerd, al adviseren wij verkopers nadrukkelijk om daarbij aanwezig te zijn om dit soort situaties zoveel mogelijk te voorkomen. Wij hebben ons gedurende het gehele traject ingezet voor jullie als onze klant. Dat dit door jullie anders is ervaren, betreuren wij. Feedback nemen wij serieus en gebruiken wij om onze dienstverlening verder te verbeteren.

25 Nov 2025With the support of Piet and Sandra from Hans de Makelaar's team, I was able to successfully sell my house within eight weeks (from the first contact to the notary appointment). Piet is a very experienced and pleasant real estate agent who handles difficult situations and people well. Everything went quickly and professionally. The cooperation was relaxed and positive. I chose this office for three reasons initially. We live near the Dutch border and I wanted to put my house on the market in both countries. Moreover, I had imagined that as a buyer I would very much like to buy a house from someone like Piet. And finally, the real estate commission in the Netherlands is only half that in Germany, which is simply a nice bonus. I am not disappointed and can wholeheartedly recommend Piet from Hans de Makelaar. Please understand that I am not using my real name – this does nothing to detract from the honesty of my review.

30 Oct 2025Jef has helped and advised us from start to finish regarding obtaining a mortgage. Unfortunately, some things went wrong at the bank and SVn that should have gone smoothly the first time around, which ultimately made it still exciting regarding the transfer date. We were also surprised that the notary charged double costs for the mortgage deed due to the starter loan that came into play. We would have appreciated being advised earlier that there might be additional notary costs when applying for a starter loan. Luckily, the result is what counts and that is now that we are very happy working on our first purchased house :).

In addition, Noa took plenty of time to show us several homes before we made the final choice for the CPO project. The personal and committed advice from the very beginning gave us so much confidence that we also entrusted Noa with the sale of my then-home. We could think about this. Our house sold very quickly; it was nice that they only had a few days regarding viewings so you didn't have to show the house very often. They also arranged that if one broker couldn’t, the other could. Really very nice. That things could always continue like this. The communication didn't really go super from start to finish. For example, sometimes not calling back (after repeatedly having called). Forgetting to mention that a viewing was scheduled. All in all, it went difficult.

02 Jan 2026Mark Broekmeijer van Kolmeijer Land van Cuijk heeft vanaf het eerste kennismakingsgesprek een uitstekende indruk gemaakt. Hij had zich heel goed voorbereid en aan de hand van een specifieke en treffende marktanalyse voor onze woning, omgeving en doelgroep hebben we samen een strategie gekozen. Het team dat hem (op de achtergrond) ondersteunt is vlot en ter zake kundig waarbij met name fotograaf Yoeri ook complimenten verdient! Een pakkende presentatie op internet en binnen één week was de verkoop rond. Net als de 'formele' zaken daarna zoals koopovereenkomst en inspectie- en overdrachtsafspraken. Kortom, als niet-ervaren verkopers zijn wij heel goed geholpen en ontzorgd zodat wij ondertussen ook aandacht konden geven aan onze nieuwe aanstaande woning. Dank voor jullie uitstekende hulp 👏 'I love it when a plan comes together'

29 Sep 2025By choosing a smooth purchase process, we selected this real estate agent. The creation of the sale photos went smoothly (within 2 weeks) and they have become very atmospheric. The real estate agent maintained a nice contact with us during our sales process. Move was, as far as we were concerned, an overview digital way of communicating in which the viewings could also be found. The real estate agent always called us to personally inform us. That way, we knew when there was a planned one and could also find it digitally. When we called, we were nicely spoken to and called back if there was another meeting. We were always kept informed of developments. There was personal contact and the written information was very clear. Clearly step-by-step taken along in the process and we felt very free to ask questions. The real estate agent made time to do the inspection during the sale, clearly provided the meter readings and went along to the notary.
