Ik ben zeer deskundig en prettig geholpen bij de aankoop van mijn nieuwe woning en de verkoop van mijn oude woning. De begeleiding was service gericht en heeft mij veel werk uit handen genomen. Wilhelm Makelaars is een zeer goed werkend team.

Ik heb voor de aankoop van mijn woning in Ede gebruik gemaakt van Wilhelm makelaars. Als mijn te verkopen huis niet in Amsterdam was geweest dan had ik Wilhelm ook zeker gevraagd om de verkoop te doen. Ze zijn zeer toegankelijk, vriendelijk, professioneel en behulpzaam. Ze nemen hun werk serieus en helpen je goed bij het maken van een weloverwogen keuze. Ik ben heel erg blij dat er zulke goede en betrouwbare makelaars nog bestaan en mocht ik ergens een makelaar voor nodig hebben dan zal ik zeker weer hun hulp vragen.

We zijn goed geadviseerd over de keuzemogelijkheden in de verkoopstrategie, en prettig begeleid bij de verkoop van onze woning, die toch wel een speciale doelgroep had. Het team komt afspraken na, geeft kundig advies en is helder in verwachtingen. Geen loze beloften.

Het resultaat was naar tevredenheid, ik heb nu een huis, maar ergens blijft het gevoel over: heb ik niet te veel betaald? Maar misschien is dat het gevolg van de huidige markt.

Very bad service during the purchase of the house. Not kept informed about developments and we had to call constantly to get updates. When we wanted to measure extra things in the house and have the contractor take a look, we had to pay 80 euros upfront before the door would open otherwise they wouldn't have time for us.

It's not convenient that it isn't indicated when there are multiple interested parties in a property, so you don't have a chance to place a bid. As a result, the seller may not receive the best offer. Also had quite an uninterested realtor who goes through the properties somewhat superficially and quickly.
